I’m writing a book for Series 7 applicants for Atlantic Publishing: 101 Ways to Score Higher on Your Series Seven Exam: What You Need to Know Explained Simply.

I’m looking for financial professionals who have passed the Series 7 exam, or professionals studying for the exam, to share their experience with me.

What I need:
--Answers to a short (20-question) e-mailed questionnaire
--A permission form, permitting me to include your answers in the book

What you get out of this:
--A copy of the book once it’s published later this year
--Your name, company name, logo, bio and contact info included in the book (great free advertising!)
--A chance to share your experience with aspiring industry professionals

Contact me by May 8th if you’re willing to participate (feel free to forward this to someone you think may be interested).

There may be a couple here, but mostly we are traders. And, in the main, we don't have much use for Series *anything* licenses. For one, very few of us have ever had a brokerage do anything but cost us money, time, or both. Second, when events transpire that do require us to communicate with desk people, compliance, or even reorg, it's extremely rare to encounter anyone who knows more than we do about pertinent rules and regulations.

So, if you *really* want to help, your book should break ground by at least mentioning there's an entirely other world of knowledge that new licensees should become familiar with in order to help online trader-clients.

That being said, your request is simple, honest and straightforward. To that end, I'll see that it gets a good chance to be read.

Best wishes,
Tex
