Justice Department spokesman Dean Boyd said Saturday the department is reviewing the opinion and will "respond appropriately in court."
Not too sure the judge'll get his way.
Sounds like some are trying to impeach Bush in his final days as they tried with Clinton.
Nuttin' like waiting until the end to finally try sumpum'.
The judge is just trying to make a name for himself with this one. geez...

they DID impeach Clinton.
there should be no attorney client privilege for the Office of the President.
this whole notion that the president has privacy rights is ridiculous. he's a public servant.
no public servant in the employ of the Government, (the People of the US) enjoys a right to privacy in their work...
look it up...
national security cannot be decided by the president alone... that violates the constittuional power division...
when the next Dem is president (whenever that might be)? all the GOP's will be arguing the same as i am right now....

I know.
Well, unless history books tell a different story in 100+ years.
So, it isn't a waste of time + cash to impeach.
Why do they wait until the end of the term though?
Everyone thought that Gore and Cheaney were worse?
Well, they'd be correct. lol
