Colorado looking really strong up 2-0 against the Phillies heading back to Colorado. Arizona won first game of the series against the Cubs and game 2 just started.... Boston dominated Anahiem behind Beckett's complete game. My Yankees got their asses kicked tonight in Cleveland. ugh enough said

Watch out for the Angels maybe. The trouble is that i hardly recognize any of the players. That's why i like the Yankees.
It appears the players need helmet wipers to keep the bugs off in order to play a game. Is that what you call a home court advantage?

They're offensive line was dominated by the Cards D and they couldn't establish a running game. They didn't utilize the TE to open up the field. A bad special teams penalty that resulted in a punt return for a TD on the next play.
Other than that they played well.

Lots of revenue lost by all these short playoff series. Probably really ticked off Steinbrenner. Where is Billy Martin when you need him, Joe Torre seems like to nice a guy to deal with George.
I am really surprised at how few hitters cannot or will not go inside out on pitches anymore, seems to be a lost art and a valuable one. The so called good hitters seem to get eaten up most of the time by what i called junk ball pitchers.

In these playoff series, I always hope for the team that is behind in win/loss to win so as to assure more games in the season.....to delay that longing to hear the magic phrase, "pitchers and catchers report....".

I still think that best of five playoff first round division series is too short, although finishing the World series in November just does'nt seem right to me. With that said, it was a great alcs; Indians were a formidable opponent...

I'm glad Coco made that awesome catch at the end; he struggled throughout the series, but his defense is one of the many reasons they got to the playoffs in the first place. Pretty appropriate....
