Here's one andrew...crazy stuff...you gotta get the DVD Animusic 2, and watch it on a large screen with a good 5.1 surround system...very cool

notice how Buddy never stops for a sec to develope a next thought, but continues on thru-out the whole solo. He is the greatest drummer ever

Buddy Rich? or Carl Palmer...

i saw Carl Palmer playing with Emerson and Lake several times, never saw him on his own tho...

one night Carl did a drum solo that was completely 100% in sync to the lightshow...
he even played kettle drums with a strobe on that we NEVER saw his hands down..they were always in the air.... mostly straight up.... sometimes it looked like he wasn't moving at all...
i have no idea how long the solo lasted.. it seemed like a reeeaaalllyy long time [Cool] ....
