This is a subject that i don't think many of us want to talk about, including me. Not the vitamins, but the prostate. If you are 40 years or older, make sure you get a PSA test to get a baseline PSA. Not that this is a sure way to detect cancer, but can help. Most of the time the problems are not cancer, but even that is no fun. The prostate seems to be a very hard place to detect the cancer and many times not detected till you get a turp, to take some of the prostate away. It appears that even the cancer in the prostate can grow very very slow. There are many treatments for the enlarged prostate and cancer if you get it. If you are a Vietnam Vet your chances of getting it are higher, so make sure you get that psa test yearly.

Prostate cancer is a tough one to make a decision on what to do. There seems to be less knowledge of this area of the body than other areas and about the growth pattern of the cancer. They have definitely come a long ways, but hopefully they can even find better ways to detect it.
