No, the republicans are still preventing the Congress from doing what the Constitution says it must do, with party line refusal to allow oversight and rigid narrow minded stubbornness.
They have packed the Government with so many Party loyalist that it makes little difference what the people vote for, the momentum assures we are going toward Constitutional overthrow in favor of religious bigotry and fascism.
