it's probably a midget or small kid in there, and a woman who doesn't have legs to begin with. And if a kid/midget doesn't fit in there then it's probably prosthetics or something, although the skirt looks kinda big and shouldn't be that big in that kind of weather lol, so, I think it's a kid/midget

I still can't figure out how he does the crawling through the window trick though!!
