VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (May 18) - In another in a series of notable pronouncements, religious broadcaster Pat Robertson says God told him storms and possibly a tsunami will hit America's coastline this year.
Robertson has made the predictions at least four times in the past two weeks on his news-and-talk television show "The 700 Club" on the Christian Broadcasting Network, which he founded.
Robertson said the revelations about this year's weather came to him during his annual personal prayer retreat in January.
"If I heard the Lord right about 2006, the coasts of America will be lashed by storms," Robertson said May 8. On Wednesday, he added, "There well may be something as bad as a tsunami in the Pacific Northwest."
Robertson has come under intense criticism in recent months for suggesting that American agents should assassinate Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and that Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's stroke was divine retribution for Israel's pullout from the Gaza Strip.

Yeah true... But that was God's weather forecast according to God's weather chart that was somehow "beamed" into Pat Robertson's head. So therefore, Pat Robertson is just the "middle man" preaching God's words.

I have never in my life sent a dime to Marion Gordon "Pat" Robertson. I never needed to. He is a man of truth and so am I. However, if I was old enough to vote in 1988 when he ran for President of the United States, I would of voted for him. If he ever decides to run again, he'll have my vote. That's when you know it's time for you to MOVE. I'm sticking around.

WRONG again. LoL! Still correcting and grading papers and will be all night so I don't have to do this over the weekend. Finals are coming up this week and it's MY responsibility to get the kids ready to do the best they can and PASS so they can all enter into 5th grade in September with pride.
Do ANY of you here know what it feels like to be teaching a 4th grade class of over 30 students, in a private elementary, voluntarily, WITHOUT PAY??? VERY STRESSFUL indeed! BUT giving young children an EDUCATION is far more rewarding than what you people may think. You can talk all you want about me, it doesn't matter. All I care about tomorrow's future and that is my daughter and the entire 4th grade class that I TEACH, Mondays to Fridays for the rest of this semester. After that, NO MORE! (Until I get my full teaching credentials).

i guess dealing with 9 year-olds is real stressful if they are smarter than you are.... 4th grade? that's time tables and intro to fractions....
i could never figure out why they don't teach times tables in 1st grade or earlier...it's just memorization...like the alphabet....

Most are low achievers, and will gravitate to groups of individuals they think they can dominate, this however does not generaly last for long. They sometimes move around alot, and most have a history of failed marriages, and a poor job performance history..They thrive on the internet.
In the extreme, Prisons are full of them.. They are also to some degree Socio Pathic..
Actually a primary school would be a good place for one of them to hid out...

Oh, but it was okay for my 9th and 10th grade history teacher, Mrs. Kennedy-Brandt to bash Ronald Reagan throughout the entire school year, 2 years in a row? This is exactly what I mean... Isn't a history teacher suppose to teach history and just give good explanations of what, why and how??? Instead, I listened to Mrs. Kennedy-Brandt bash Reagan for 2 years. What was the purpose? Did I learn anything from her bashing? I guess I did. With a one-point view of what Kennedy-Brandt preached influenced me on what I am preaching... Of what is "RIGHT". Kennedy-Brandt made absolutely no sense whatsoever by constantly bashing the President back then. Just because she's an ultra-liberal piece of slime herself didn't make her a good teacher. I AM for prayer in public schools, I AM for teaching children what is right and what is wrong. And thank God, the private elementary school that I'm "substituting" at is a good Christian school that promotes prayer, and that promotes what is "RIGHT", and does NOT condone what is wrong, meaning "leftist thoughts". These children will grow up knowing what is right and what is wrong. These children will grow up to know that "FAR" leftist liberalism just WRONG WRONG WRONG and is BAD for themselves as it is bad for this country. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!
Again, even back in 1988 when I was still in my teens, I would of voted for Pat Robertson if I could of. I don't care what anybody says..... I have my beliefs and "values" and they are "right" not only to me but to millions of other "REAL" Americans across the country!

At least in one aspect, you are being unfair to the dweeb.
You agitate at him, demanding that he should have achieved greater intellect than he has, thus far, when you should be marveling that one so limited should have reached so far above his natural abilities. You should be congratulating him.
