In 1988 just after Saddam Hussein had earned international condemnation for using poisonous gas against thousands of Kurds, he also signed contracts with Iraq to build a dual-use chemical plant in Baghdad. Shultz also sits on Gileads board (Gilead owns the rights to tamiflu) and has sold 7 million woth of stock this year. 52 week low 30, high 51.
