He snorted cocaine ... He dodged the draft....His friends knew him as an alcoholic womanizer with a bad temper....a complete failure at business until his wealthy friends rescued him. Yet within a few short years he was elected Governor of Texas, and quickly catapulted into the White House in spite of losing the popular vote. Then he was re-elected with last minute help from Osama Bin Laden, in spite of high disapproval ratings. He still couldn't think his way out of a wet paper bag without the advice of his staff .....and yet he's been able to declare an endless war and institute some of the most radical changes in American history ....

one way to stop this war dead in its tracks is to bring back the draft. i have seen a lot of his supporters are like him they want other people to fight for them. they would suddenly be yelling for peace if they thought they or there kids had to go

The problem is that all the "common" kids would have to go fight. The politicians and the wealthy would just buy their kids' safety (like last time).

I trust in Jesus, because I believe in God. If God was able to create the universe, and if you read the Bible, it says that it was written by men, but inspired by God, just as the world was inspired by God and created by God, and that in the beginning, the Word was God, and the Word IS God, then I believe the Bible to be true! When I hold the Bible in my hands, according to the words written in it, they ARE of GOD! A God who can create a universe, isn't going to guide men to write what he doesn't want in his own book! I have faith in the Word, which is means I have faith in Jesus, without seeing him in person, because I believe in HIS Word! He lives within my soul! It's ok, I 'm not arguing with you, but I do care about you, and want the best for you! I will ALWAYS try to back up what I say, with scripture, so you will just have to put up with it, like Glass, and the rest of them!

The God of the Bible decrees that woman must submit to the dominance of man.
"The social and legal position of an Israelite wife was inferior to the position a wife occupied in the great countries round about... all the texts show that Israelites wanted mainly sons to perpetuate the family line and fortune, and to preserve the ancestral inheritance... A husband could divorce his wife; women on the other hand could not ask for divorce... the wife called her husband Ba'al or master; she also called him adon or lord; she addressed him, in fact, as a slave addressed his master or subject, his king. The Decalogue includes a man's wife among his possessions... all her life she remains a minor. The wife does not inherit from her husband, nor daughters from their father, except when there is no male heir. A vow made by a girl or married woman needs, to be valid, the consent of the father or husband and if this consent is withheld, the vow is null and void. A man had a right to sell his daughter. Women were excluded from the succession."

Assuming you are right, I can't see any possibility this "Jesus" you worship with such enthusiasm is even possibly the one they taught me to believe in as a child? I don't think I want any part of your religion and I sure don't want it dictating to my Country. Any god worthy of that title is far to powerfull to need to waller in pety human emotion, than God.
