Well, it depends on where you live I guess! If you lived where I do long enough, you would be saying crick instead of creek, and eat breakfast, dinner and supper, instead of breakfast, lunch and dinner, and many other ideosyncracies known to the area! I'm sure that if you left, and wanted to appear cultured, you'd stop saying the words that everyone made fun of you for, like my son at college!

Glassman- I fill your pain with Waltrip. Grew up on Nascar and even pulled for Waltrip when he was running, at times. Hate to hear him call races, hate what Nascar has become. I long for the ESPN days with Benny, Ned and the Dr. in the pits. Heck, no one knew it existed then. I'll take North Wilkesboro any day, forget all these new tracks that look the same.

Glassman - Have you been to Bristol? Lucky to live in the Charlotte NC area, and go to Bristol, and Martinsville. Love the short tracks. Went to the ROCK, until closed. Liked it also. Good track for spectators. I agree, that it is headed the way Indy and F-1. Too much money, sponsors, and not enough rubbing/racing/fighting, that is what made the sport good. And why southern rednecks like me packed the tracks on the week ends.
