How is this possible? I asked several brokers and no one gave me a reasonalble answer! And must be done for years! How is possible that a stock with a value less than $4 and that never been that high, have a short interest data and an amount of shares short from previous month? I'm lost here. Any deep investor could have an answer on this matter, one of you guys???

I've never hear that before. Is that rule in print somewhere on the SEC site? I do know that MM are exempt from the short rule so thats probably what it is.
