There are enough of us that remember this was PDVN a couple months ago when they took all our money did a reverse split. They seem to be doing ok since the split, but we're still ticked off about it.

Not to mention that the week they did it they owned another company that they bought with all shares and by a good miracle they sold the company back to the guy, took back the shares they issued him for payment AND THEN did the HUGE R/S number. After all that somebody resigned and they have been dead ever since. Just my 2 cents no pun intended
