Altrimega Health Corporation Set to Acquire Racing Business
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., Sep 02, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Altrimega Health Corporation d/b/a Creative Holdings & Marketing (Pink Sheets:CRHM) announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent with American Racing Capital, Inc. to acquire a 100% interest in the motor sport development operation spearheaded by renowned open wheel and sports car driver, Davy Jones. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed at this time and the acquisition is pending the signing of formal agreement and closing.
