up 50% now...news came out at 1:30 of the fill. california public employees has a stake in this company. might play well a day or 2.

only a 4.9 million o/s. going into a contruction materials company in florida. the new company is buying 1.25 million shares for cash. deal will be final in kwto's 3rd quarter.
