HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 4, 2005--Payless Communication Holdings, Inc. ("PCH") (OTC:PCNH) announced today that during a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors the Company approved a 30 for 1 forward split of the Company's common stock.
Shareholders of record as of May 20th, 2005 will receive their common stock on May 27th, 2005. The forward stock split will not affect, in any way, the validity of currently outstanding stock certificates, nor will it be necessary for the Company's stockholders to surrender or exchange any stock certificates that they currently hold as a result of the name change.
