I'm happy, I was holding it at .05 and didn't even see it coming ... nice piece of change ... got out a bit early at .12 but hey, can't have everything!

gee golly whiz...lets see here...a company that does a 350 for 1 reverse split on march 10 of this year (just the latest one of many) now decides to do a 3 for 1 forward split...and yet people buy this crapola...its amazing....this is the biggest scam stock out there...the company doesnt even get embarassed announcing this....welcome to the gutter of the otc....beware those of you trying to dance between the raindrops...(SPLITS)....this company will split your money from 1000 dollars to .0000000000001...the first chance they get...and that looks like it wont be too long from now....congrats to all those that can hit and run with this thing...i just dont have your guts...if you make money on this you are one daytradin MOFO...lol

Pc , make that you can't get out of this POS fast enough .
Now it's just about guaranteed another RS is in the works , they just keep on printing shares , reversing , now they're foward splitting , it's just a revolving door operation with these fools , but yes , you can make money on this waste . I did a little while back , right before the last split .
Only thing i can think of , for why the pps gained so much yesterday , is because some new investors may not know they did have a reverse split a little while back , because they are oprating under a different name , used to be Zann , now they are Zanc , later they will be something else , so people see this foward split as a good thing , because they may not know the company's sordid past .
A foward split is good , for a fiscally healthy and profitable company , and it benefits investors , but for a joke like Zann / Zanc , it will ultimately just lead to another split , a revvy one . Unless they want to flood again and do a foward deal . no matter , this company is one dysfuntional scam , that doesn't even deserve to be trading . But , as mentioned above , i did make money on them in the past .
