Sanyo Electric,SANYY may get delisted by the Tokyo Stock Exchange for reporting the wrong figures about profits and losses in the years from 2000 to 20005.Goldman Sachs and Diawa Securities own 49% of the company.Although want Sanyo to sell off their least profitable businesses can you imagine how it could affect the stock if they sold out their positions?This may be an opp to sell SANYY short to profits.JMO
