1) How can a company just R/S out of "Q" status? If they had the Q it was because they were in bankruptcy, right? Did you happen to see if they came out of it, or if not, how the new symbol doesn't have a Q?
2) wtf kind of reverse split is 1:948.6? Just make it an even 1000

And Tex, a 1:.5 R/S is indeed equivalent to a 2:1 f/s. No idea why they would do that...

1) Q *does* get a court involved, and it can get sticky deciding on the timing (notice DEXTQ); as I understand it, completely new shares are issued, retiring those former...
2) fractional reverses might be due to the exact A/S, and *maybe* odd-lot provisions...
