Because I saw this at another site now currently talking about it, and because I choose not to post there anymore, I will warn you here.......
AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS........
If you want a long story, just search for ATUL MEHTA and his sister PUJA, and there criminal company and dealings called GXXL. As well as their paid promotor scam artist stay at home mom, Lisa Blackstock of Kamloops B.C For which the FBI could not even locate.
I personally contacted the FBI with a few other people, regarding this scam, and sent several packets of info to them about there scam.
I couldn't be happier if this guy and his sister died in a firey wreck tomorrow... trust me...

They issued millions of shares to each other... Especially Sister Puja, for some quick cash, then reversed it 1 for 900 on everyone else...
Boasted of text message emergency alerts, and offered free signups, only to sell their 2.5 million numbers collected to some cell phone yellow page wannabe.. All the PR's along the way were very misleading, and many outright wrong.
Used the money from share issuance while operating out of his parents house in Herndon VA, to fund his Cricmania.com site, and other cricket sites, which were all linked to this GXXL company... Just use FINDARTICLES.COM and search Cricmania and GXXL. formerly GXXP, which has an even shadier history... There are article showing this...
When pressured to come clean about the involvement of Cricmania and GXXL, it was finally said that they are not linked business wise... For which a quick exit by Atul was made as he sold an empty shell called GXXL. Basically just called it an empty shell... BTW, for the shareholders of note when this happened as well as myself, I own a $hit load of FNRP restricted stock which after 1 and a half years, NOW HAS NO NAME, DOES NOT EVEN EXIST, and worth zero currently... Yep he kissed us goodbye too...
RTGV is still ATUL, don't be fooled, look at the address. and if I have time I will pull up his parents address and you can see for yourself..
Lisa Blackstock was used to promote and pump this company, and it was quite a show on RB as well as the other site, I will not name... She knew nothing about the company, Myself and several other sleuths had our way, trust me.. Even the FBI agreed that what was said on the board was rediculous, but unfortunately the FBI and SEC, Susannah Dunn DUNNS*SEC.GOV are not being aggressive about this... Personally I think for some there, it is over their heads...

thanks for the warning. I had this stock when it went from .003 to .008. even then it acted very mysterious. what the company does sounds bogus.

I have seen it go up a little too, and with all the PR's about 911SMS and talks of millions in revenue, and dividens, it was reasonably expected too... What bothers me most is none of the PR's were even close to real... They even had a contract with UDVE.. Another company I see talked about.. It's almost like one big happy family of con artists...
When the pressure is on, they tucked tail and ran, and threw in a R/S and handed out worthless restricted stock as a fairwell.
It's this sort of punishment that makes investing in an already dangerous area, (PINKS OTC) that makes it hard to swallow..
Not so much the loss of money, but the final blow that follows...

MLON is no more; ticker change to PYCT or sumpin like that--but last I knew, Mario Pino was still listed as a "consultant." These types of characters often "interlace" among like-minded companies...

I never really complained about this pr with GXXL and UDVE because there was nothing much about it... Just some agreement like they were working together... basically a partnership. Company never mentioned anything about GXXL.
And there was probably countless others just waiting to attach their names to the phony list...
All this money was supposed to go to shareholders... Instead we recieved shares of Feinstein Report FNRP,, at the time the value was 50 times higher than the value of the pre dividend stock... Yeah hard to imagine. That was our reward for buying up GXXL shares as well as watching the O/S go from hundreds of millions to over 4 billion... Then the monster reverse....
Funny, I have a picture of Atul posing with Hillary Clinton at some tech fair.... I'll find it again...

FNRP Acquires All Assets of Global Explorations Inc.; Shareholders to Receive 1 Share of FNRP for Every 100 Shares of GXXL 2/7/2005 4:01:16 PM RESTON, Va., Feb 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Global Explorations Inc.'s (Pink Sheets:GXXL) board of directors has accepted an offer from FNRP to acquire all assets of Global Explorations Inc. for shares of common stock of FNRP
Upon completion of the transaction, GXXL will declare a stock dividend and all GXXL shareholders shall receive 1 share of FNRP for every 100 shares of GXXL in a distribution. The last sale of FNRP was at $1.89 on Friday, Feb 4.
All shareholders of GXXL keep their shares of GXXL.
All paperwork should be completed by Friday, Feb 11, 2005 or sooner. The company will announce the specific dates once approved by Nasdaq. Management of FNRP has also changed and no directors of Global are involved with FNRP and were not involved with this decision to acquire Global. A Director from Universal Beverages is also joining the board of FNRP.

Look at the GRYF management team : Dennis Hewins Founder, Chief Operating Officer Atul Mehta, Founder & President Robert Doherty, Founder & Treasurer David Fiessel, Founder & Secretary
All these scams make me sick. Everytime Mehta's name or Doherty's name show on a stock, it's a scam. Why can't those guys be arrested?

Yeah, and everyone should realize that Puja is Atul's sister...
While she was trying to get her bachelors or whatever,,,,,Atul was running GXXL. Even though PUJA was listed as CEO/SECT/TRES and everything else..
And in the process were handing each other shares of GXXL.. Jununi's posted a nice article clearly showing the process didn't just stop at GXXL..
His business was listed as his parents house which I was able to gather info on too... You never know when you need to look at water utility bills or whatnot:)
I guess there are enough smart people here to recognize these problem people, and go the right route...
