Now, I am among the first to say that Cornell has doomed many a company, but they are no where near the crooks as a company like AJW- which has an offshore branch that can short the stock and stick into a death spiral connundrum. However, if you read the filings, it seems that IVCM has a fairly well written agreement with Cornell that limits the number of shares that can hit the open market and if you observe the communications with t/a- a limited number of shares are being thrown into the open market.
Cornell only gets a 90% discount on the conversion rate. At this PPS, they can't get a discount anymore, so you have to imagine that hinders the conversion as well.
Here's another reassuring statement.
"Cornell has agreed not to short any of the shares of Common Stock."
Anyway, at a minimum, it looks promising.

Their slowly diluting this pig in small increments to be discreet. It's shell with nothing going for it but to sell shares. A shell is suppose to reduce it's count to make it a better merge candidate but IVCM is a printing machine. Still have a bit of this pig but looking to sell at 6. It is illegal to short these stocks so the comment "cornell said they would not short" is the most laughable thing I've heard in a long time

IVCM looks about ready to bust through the .0009 level. If it breaks the .001 should continue ..not much on the right side of the box to .002. Comparing O/S from two different dates, you will find that they diluted about 30 M shares ea month.

Try to get out at 7 next Monday, and get back in at 4 next Friday. Huge dilution, you may get a R/S soon.

IVCM looking for some upside this week to solidify the high volume and pps increase friday. There could very well be an annoucement from the ceo on a new direction forthcoming. Also IVCM on bill panettas weekend scan:

.0009 up pre market. To be optimistic if it breaks here which is near term resistance and then .001 then the chart will look much better than it already does. Still a good entry here imo.

What's wrong with getting in at 0.0004 and taking capital out at 0.002. How high a run will go is determined by float and dilution, the best strategy is to get your capital out first. Try to manage your greed will help, too.

nothing wrong with flipping I did just that. but bought back in on the take down for future profit. A company would not buy all shares if they they want their new shares to be worth nothing... that would be really smart. This will be at a penny in the future.

In case you are wondering about the quote- TTGLE has now reverted back to TTGL- with one caveat- the stock has officially lost its bulletin board listing and has been relegated to the Pink Sheets- the land of non reporting companies.
There was no disclosure I am aware of from the company- you just had to figure it out. I hadn’t noticed until one of the OTC Journal faithful pointed it out.
You might wonder what this means. OTC BB companies are fully reporting, just like any DOW component, and have to live up to the same standards of reporting.
TTGL had three violations of tardy financial reporting. The rules state that if you file late three times, you lose your BB status, and go to the Pink Sheets for a period of one year. I believe that if you comply in a timely manner for a year, you can be reinstated.
Pink Sheet companies are not required to file financials. However, in the case of Titan, the company probably will choose to file, and regain its BB status in a year if they don’t screw up again.
I don’t believe it is going to have a major effect on the stock price today- however, if they start doing better, it probably won’t encourage new investors to find them in the Pinks.
The price quote now comes up on Yahoo! at TTLG.PK. TTGL pretty much every where else if you want to keep following it.
