This from 8-k just out earlier today. A deal with Boeing which appears to be worth big $.
Item 8.01 Other Events

Cyberlux Corporation today announced that it has been awarded a supplier agreement from The Boeing Company for lighting equipment in support of the Secure Border Initiative net (SBInet) project. Cyberlux was awarded the supplier agreement based on the Company’s response to the SBInet VICD 605002 request for quote (RFQ) for mobile lighting systems. Cyberlux quoted the BrightEye Portable Visible and Covert 10 Meter Tower Lighting System for intended use along the Mexican and Canadian borders as an added level of security for Customs and Border Patrol personnel and as an added level of deterrence for potential border violators. As part of The Boeing Company Basic Ordering Agreement, Cyberlux provided quotes of $25,256 to $31,185 per unit in 100 unit increments from 1-500 units. Under this Agreement, the unit demand for Cyberlux products is solely determined by The Boeing Company.

Secure Border Initiative (SBI) and SBInet

The Secure Border Initiative (SBI) is a comprehensive plan by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to gain operational control of the U.S. borders through the integration of increased staffing, interior enforcement, detection technology and infrastructure, and coordination on federal, state, local and international levels.

A critical component of SBI is SBInet, a program focused on transforming border control through technology and infrastructure. SBInet will provide frontline personnel advantages in securing the nation's land borders through the most effective integration of current and next generation technology, infrastructure, staffing and response platforms.

The SBInet solution will be managed and executed by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency, and will be deployed using a homeland security threat-based approach.

I just got in on this one at .01 and it looks like it could be huge. CYBL projected 3.7 mil in revenue this year and looks to hit it WITHOUT the deal from BOEING! They also project it to be a profitable company at only 3 mil a year in revenue so they're going into the black already. With a BOEING deal of anywhere from 2 mil to 18 mil (low end to high end depending on units ordered and final price) this thing is gonna go CRAZY! Just my opinion but still hoping for the best! Good luck everyone!

RSI in oversold territory but chart looks great otherwise. There might be a retrace and chance for entry at a lower level.

I noticed the RSI yesterday too, Lockman. Do you think we'll be looking at a sellof and price drop correction today or another run?

I'll tell ya, all the other indicators are still in line for this to have another good day. Sometimes the RSI gets high because of the fast run up. If this jumps big at the opening I'd look for a pull back late morning, if the trading is just steady we'll probably not see these levels again. jmo

Already trading...

Posted by pennies2007 on :

I agree. I went back and looked at the RSI chart for SWVC and it ran several days in the overbought range before it finally tanked. I'm hoping for one or two good days before I sell out and watch for a dip to get back in. Thanks for the input.

Posted by Lockman on :

volume 11,000,000 already . trading like a big board stock.

Lots of traders sitting on 200% gains from yesterday looks like some cashing in.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Yeah I expected a lot to cash in. The question is how many new traders are going to buy? If the buyers will kick in, we'll get some gains.

Posted by Lockman on :

I guess this is pick the bottom. Yesterday's run started at .003 think they'll let it go that far down? Are the mm's looking for shares?

Posted by pennies2007 on :

The buyers are kicking back in now. Starting to go back up after the dip.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Lots of buying going on now. Several hundred thousand shares just in the last minute or so. I think we'll be ok to hold for now.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Man this is turning into a tug of war between buyers and sellers. There can't be that many left of the original buyers so maybe it will level out.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Ok, here's the scoop. Mr. Richard Brown is the head of Investor Relations. I called the company to get a scoop on the PR about the BOEING order and a very nice lady named Brandy answered and directed me to his voice mail. Voice mail said since he gets a large volume of calls it may take 24 to 48 hours for me to get a reply. I'm waiting on a call back but I think Fuzzy1018 is right. The press release for this order is big news and they're gonna release it very soon. Most folks have already sold out that are gonna sell and the rest are standing pat plus I'm seeing more buy-ins at this point. I think it's gonna break out in the next 24 to 48 hours IMO.

Posted by BooDog on :

it needs this dip to fill the gap imo. .0084 would be a nice re-entry imo. gonna have stop loss set though just in case. Then off to the races.

Posted by ViperZ on :

Does anyone know how many they are going to buy?

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Have no idea on the quantity but the minimum is 100. Even at that, they stand to gross over 2 million. That's well over 50% added to their estimated gross revenue of 3.7 million this year so even a low end order will add to their bottom line VERY well. If it dips down I'm gonna buy more like BooDog suggests. That's a good strategy. Even if this doesn't pan out the history of this stock shows it always goes back up over a penny at some point even if it takes a couple of months. Worst case is I'll break even later down the road. Gotta go out on the limb sometimes if you want the juicy fruit!

The positive aspect of this situation is that Boeing does not deal with a company before doing a very careful background check on finances and such.

This may bounce around for a while, but in the long run should do very well IMO.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Absolutely BlindMellonChitlin. I agree completely. I managed to snag about 20K shares when it bottomed at .0085. Let's hope it pays off in the long run. We've got a small rally going now. A few buyers coming back in. GIVE ME "PR" OR GIVE ME DEATH!!! LOL!

Hey lukin4winners are you still out there? I'm curious...how did you find out about this one so quick among all the penny stock filers out there? Is there a mailing list you can get on for new 8K filings or something?

do you set your alerts for news and such pennies?
usually thats how i get em but even scottie is pretty slow. and you would have needed to be watching that symbol to begin with anyway....so .... not much help there was i?

Where do you set the alerts? I'm still kinda new at this.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Oh I get it. You mean the alerts for each ticker with your trader. Yeah I've done that but I didn't know if there was a generic mailing list for notices like that. Oh well...so much for the easy way out! LOL! Thanks BooDog.

OK bargain hunters it's time to step up to the plate.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Ok so let's recap and see what we have here.

1. After a more than 200% gain yesterday we lost about 35% today. Not bad really considering the situation. That means we had a lot of new buyers.
2. We have a viable company with a firm order that's just BEGGING for a press release to drive it back up tomorrow.
3. We had a good many last minute buyers when the stock bottomed. That means more buyers in the morning when the bell rings.

I'm gonna say we've got a winner. I'm gonna ride it out. Worst that can happen is I lose some money. Can't take it with me anyway!

See yall at the opening bell!

I read the 8 k It looks to me as a price quote for the product. I didn't see where Boeing said they were going to definately buy. Did I miss something?

Posted by pennies2007 on :

It's actually a purchase agreement signed by both parties. Here's the link:

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1138169/00

Basically, this thing is going online by May or June of next year which means CYBL has to deliver their end of the agreement long before then. You're right though...it's not a firm order...just an agreement TO ORDER from Cyberlux.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Oh almost forgot...the RSI is back in line again. That's a good thing too.

Got out earlier this morning. Anyone know what a good buy-in price would be? Maybe in the .006's or do you think it will go lower still?

Posted by BooDog on :

.0045 jmo
this has a lot of issues imo. the boeing contract is a good thing but if you do some dd you'll see that i'm not bashing one of my own picks. if they get their funding issues together (which they are entering into litigation over attacking and defending) and they can stop the toxic funding diluting the crap out of it (which is why i think .0045 may even be a bit on the high side) and with a 700mm AS with about 530 o/s now.

so.... other than playing this as a flipper i'd be wary and keep an eye open. I do think this is still an excellent flipper [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Sounds good BooDog. I was down about $200 after I sold and I'm looking to make it back. It's diving down pretty good right now. I should have sold when it hit .013 but it stuck to my fingers LOL!

Thanks.

Definitely a good flipper. Even before all of this BOEING stuff came out they had several spread points almost every day. If you catch them at the low end a fella could always make a few bucks.

Yeah that sounds like a good price to me too based on the chart history.

hangin in there.... don't be fooled. Friday should have a nice pull back. Buy low sell high, possibly get something going next week.

Posted by IMAKEMONEY on :

YEP, LOOKS FAKE, IMO, THEY WILL TAKE THIS LOWER EOD.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

I wondered why it was staying up like that. Of course they only had 13 mil shares traded yesterday too. Not really enough to drive it up or down. Maybe they were standing pat waiting on news. No PR release as of this AM. They'll probably be tired of waiting and dump shares today.

Posted by BooDog on :

couple charts do look tempting. don't forget friday drawbacks. i'd like to see IR get their **** together. such a missed opportunity to show they may make some progress.
did you google google Richard Brown, 617-314-7379?
could use some improvement there for sure. kinda like he has his own rap going. like he's on his own agenda. if cybl is still paying him i would consider putting that money to better use. jmo.

Ok I give...why isn't this thing dying? Does someboy know something we don't?

Posted by BooDog on :

i was playing the chart, but the theory goes buy on rumor sell on news right? waiting to see if cybl puts out some news to go along with the 8k. i may regret taking .009 but only time will tell.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Ok now I'm ticked. I could have stayed in and at least gotten a few bucks out of it. This thing isn't following any rules at all. It should be dead. Think somebody is playing us and jacking the price up?

it had the momo. Charts said it could. and it did. lol. i didn't lose anything thats for sure but sure coulda made some.
on to the next one.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Yep this one's pretty much done for. It can't keep going long like this. Hey what do you think about UCOI? It looks solid and it's always been a good flipper for me. Think it'll go all the way when they start pulling stuff up out of the ground?

Posted by BooDog on :

if they do.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Something to keep an eye on I guess. Playing penny stocks sure is a tough game. There doesn't seem to by any rhyme or reason to it at all. I guess that's what makes it so much fun! LOL!

Posted by gumzsa on :

This sux. I sold last Friday for a $500.00 profit and could of sold today for a $1300.00 profit. I guess profit is profit but it is classic. If I would of held it would have went down.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Same here gumza. This one really takes the cake. The crazy thing is I think it's gonna keep going. At this rate it may hit .05 before the end of the week. Tempting but I just don't trust it. I'm staying clear. I'm like you . . . if I buy it it's going down for sure!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

The chart is going well into the overbought zone. There should be a correction coming soon...maybe by tomorrow AM. Anyone brave enough to jump back in? If it dips low enough I may have to try it. Until the news release it's still fair game.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

This one is shaping up to be a lot like SWVC. It kept going for weeks with no news. Could it be ......?????

Posted by pennies2007 on :

There's still room for this one to go on. Look for .03 sometime tomorrow after a sell-off IMO.

Posted by BooDog on :

crazy chit eh? there's a few trend breakers out there that should be tanking but are going up. it's a mad mad mad mad mad world.

Posted by ViperZ on :

up up and away.... hopefully this afternoon was the correction. maybe there is something to this Boeing deal.

Posted by BooDog on :

cybl bammmooooo

eh Machiavelli? where do you think the top is?

my guess is the dilution will win over soon.

Posted by ViperZ on :

This is a very strange stock. Last year the price range was .05 to .12 then this year its been falling down until last weeks up trend. Is it possible that they were diluting all of this year? I'm trying to figure out if the Boeing deal is true, would this company want to have a sub-penny stock? Would Boeing want to deal with a sub-penny stock company (do business with). I find this interesting. I guess we will have to see. I wonder if we get a pull back????

Posted by pennies2007 on :

I'm still betting on a sell-out this morning before it picks back up. I'm looking for .015 to .017 before I buy back in. Just guessing of course. No way to know with this crazy thing.

Posted by BlindMellonChitlin on :

Boeing often deals with privately held companies too.

Posted by BooDog on :

see the filings that explain the financing and the recent filing which shows the toxic dilution (and legal action). they are perusing ajw and ajw is filing action against cybl http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1138169/000114420407046149/v086092_ex10-1 .htm as well. look at the boeing deal, it isn't much rev at all imo butt it is a start. jmo things will get hairy but at least with this run maybe the financing will go a lil bit better.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

The chart is going down just like it's supposed to. There's still more room to drop though. Just hold tight.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

We're in the top end of the correction range now. Don't know how much further it'll drop.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Ok I'm turning in a trigger order at .0167 and we'll see what happens. Hope it drops that low. If I can buy it at that and then sell at .02 or thereabouts I'll sell out and be happy.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

It sure got quiet out there...TOO quiet! Is it the calm before the storm?

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Well we still didn't get enough of a correction going. Chart says it'll drop further tomorrow before recovering. I'm still looking for the .015 to .017 range tomorrow during the sell-off. I'm gonna hold off before buying back in till I see that range show up.

News for 'CYBL' - (Air Mobility Battlelab's 'BrightEye' Initiative Demonstrated, Proven Capable By Master Sgt. Michael Harris Air Mobility Battlelab)

FORT DIX, N.J., Sept 26, 2007 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The USAF Air Mobility Battlelab, or AMB, recently demonstrated the capabilities of the BrightEye Portable Solid-State LED Lighting System - an AMB initiative.

The BrightEye is an advanced, portable, battery-powered, visible and covert lighting system developed by Cyberlux Corporation to address the rapid deployment lighting needs within the U.S. Armed Forces. Initially considered for expeditionary open-the-airbase lighting, the AMB unveiled the system may also be used for aircraft maintenance, expeditionary airbase force protection, general mission lighting and other high-intensity tactical lighting applications.

According to the AMB mission statement, the AMB continuously seeks and rapidly demonstrates innovative ideas to improve the ability of mobility air forces to execute their core competencies.

For its demonstration periods, the BrightEye was evaluated at both Fort Huachuca, Ariz., and Fort Dix, N.J. Air Mobility Command expeditionary support equipment subject-matter experts participated in several scenarios to showcase BrightEye capabilities.

Master Sgt. Gordon Mossman, from AMC's Expeditionary Mobility Operations Division at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., said, "The system would add very portable long-lasting light and an infrared capability that's not present at this time."

The BrightEye uses solid-state semiconductors which consume 75-percent less energy than incandescent lighting elements and are projected to last for more than 20 years as compared to 750 hours for conventional bulbs. Using rechargeable battery technology could also save an estimated 63 percent in daily portable-lighting operating costs and could also reduce the Air Force's reliance on host nation resources.

Feedback from the field demonstrations show the current portable generator-powered lighting options do not provide the absolute portability required for AMC's evolving expeditionary mission. Their bulky size, noise and energy consumption reduce AMC's ability to efficiently and expeditiously deploy support forces globally in any environment.

Research also showed the Bright Eye is 97-percent smaller and weighs 94- percent less than the current diesel-powered incandescent lighting system. Its small size, weight and added infrared capability can "enhance AMC's ability to project air and space power" across all spectrums of expeditionary operations by minimizing the support footprint, maximizing the available aircraft cargo floor area and reducing the amount of airlift needed for rapid force projection.

Overall, the Air Mobility Battlelab demonstrated a unique system capable of providing expeditionary forces across all armed services versatile, economical and portable lighting equipment.

USAF Air Mobility Battlelab Completes BrightEye System Evaluation Recommending Use Across All Armed Services
Wednesday September 26, 1:53 pm ET
USAF Air Mobility Battlelab Identifies BrightEye as Versatile, Economical and Portable Lighting System for All U.S. Armed Services

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., Sept. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cyberlux Corporation, (OTC Bulletin Board: CYBL - News), a leading provider of LED lighting solutions, announced today that the U.S. Air Force Air Mobility Battlelab (AMB) has successfully completed the BrightEye Portable Illumination System evaluation period at both Fort Huachuca, AZ and Fort Dix, NJ (http://www.amc.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123069485).

As part of the evaluation, the AMB determined that the BrightEye System is 97% smaller in footprint, weighs 94% less than the current diesel-powered incandescent lighting systems and saves an estimated 63% in daily operating costs. The AMB utilized Air Mobility Command expeditionary subject-matter experts to evaluate the BrightEye System's capabilities. In addition, the AMB concluded that the BrightEye System provides versatile and economical tactical lighting capability as required by expeditionary forces across all U.S. armed services.

"The BrightEye System's successful evaluation by the U.S. Air Force is a significant milestone. In addition, the conclusion that all U.S. armed services -- including the Army, Navy and Marine Corps -- will benefit from our tactical lighting capability represents a substantial market expansion opportunity for our tactical lighting products," said Mark D. Schmidt, president and chief operating officer of Cyberlux. "As a leader in solid- state lighting, the Company's innovative BrightEye lighting technology has now met the rigorous U.S. Air Mobility Battlelab field evaluation requirements for tactical lighting including portability, versatility and economical operating costs," Schmidt continued.

The BrightEye System is available through the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule 56 for Specialty Lighting products under Cyberlux GSA Contract GS-07F-9409S with orderable part numbers 2CP0170 through 2CP0181.

The AMB explores high-payoff concepts, technologies, and tactics to advance the USAF distinctive capabilities of Rapid Global Mobility and Agile Combat Support. The AMB previously selected Cyberlux Corporation to adapt its commercially available portable lighting systems to meet AMB requirements for both the WatchDog Portable Perimeter Security Covert Illumination System and the BrightEye Tactical Portable Illumination System.

The way I figure it is this... the news said "all U.S. armed services -- including the Army, Navy and Marine Corps -- will benefit from our tactical lighting capability represents a substantial market expansion opportunity for our tactical lighting products".... That means people are seeing huge dollar signs. They're gonna keep buying guys. This thing ain't done yet!

Those are imaginary $ signs...No contracts yet..

Posted by pennies2007 on :

And here comes another dip...

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Of course there's no real money yet. Penny stocks don't have to make sense. Like you said retiredat49 ... "it's all in the timing". I'm gonna play the flipper for a while and see what happens.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

The really crazy thing is they're letting out news a little at a time and keeping this thing inflated. Keep in mind they STILL haven't dropped the news tidbit about BOEING yet. I'm betting on .05 or better before the end of the week. We didn't even hit 100 mil shares traded today. Of course that's all just guesswork. Who knows what tomorrow brings?

Don't worry retiredat49...I've only got a little over $500 in it. I'm not gonna invest any more. I blow more than that in a month on junk in my computer consultation business. I'm just gonna see where it goes from here.

charts are looking very good imo. Bulls rule!

Posted by Homersbud on :

Should gap tomorrow morning at least over the HOD of 0319 then retrace unless there is news tomorrow morning then all bets are off.

Posted by BooDog on :

doubt you'll see news right away. this thing has some leg room though. could have a couple nice stretches.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

If anybody wants to see what the military is so interested in here's the link for the product:

http://www.cyberlux.com/uploads/BrightEyeSpecSheet.pdf

This thing is for real guys. I'm hanging onto this one long term. It's going all the way. Stop and think...visible light up to 1000 feet and covert infrared beams up to 500 feet with an extension capability of up to 1000 feet combined with excellent portability and long0life features. I've been dealing with computers and electronics for 25 years now. I'm telling you...this is phenomenal! It may take a little while for the contracts to emerge but they will show up. This one's going NASDAQ before it's overwith fellas.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Oh and don't be surprised if there's a 2 for 1 stock split in the near future. Just guessing of course.

Posted by BooDog on :

i wonder if richard was reading this board and found out i was talking about him. got some news flowing either way.
i agree about the split but think the timing will be near as in the next 6 months but not before the new year (jmo). i'd like to see a deal cut with ajw soon without a split just to satisfy them and get them off our back. then this can move forward.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Personally Boo I hope this thing tanks and goes back to down to about .01 a share. Then I can load back up on a couple hundred thousand shares and let it sit as a long term investment. Either way I'm just gonna hold it. I can save up and reload my account later to play with the other stuff.

Posted by BooDog on :

building on .05
got a few walls to get through but they are there!

Posted by BooDog on :

don't worry pennies... what goes up WILL come down. imo.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Yep I was banking on .05 before the end of the week. I think we're gonna see some dips as it hits each penny mark. Folks are gonna dump at each milestone to get their profit out of it.

Posted by BooDog on :

should be a nice couple weeks along the way!!

good luck

Careful this is in overbought territory big time.

Might want to take some profits or at least protect that capital. jmo

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Yeah it's way over. That's why we needed some folks to sell and that's what they're doing. This is a plus. I'm really hoping for a big drop so I can stock up at a lower price.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

.034 and kicking! GO CYBL GO!!!

Posted by Homersbud on :

lol....sure played this one like sh!t. I got out at 033 and it's 035 now!!!! Doh!

Every time we see a long run of sell offs there's always someone waiting to pick the shares right back up. This thing is gonna keep going.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

I picked up another 5k shares this morning before the bell. That rounds out to a nice $25 for every .001 it rises. That ought to add up nicely!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

If you think you've got trouble dumping ETIM ViperZ, try dumping a piece of crap like CNCM and see what happens! I've been trying to dump 2 mil shares of it for over a week at .0001 and no buyers. I'm way down in the queue I guess.

You know I have lost my butt trading on these pennies for over 6 months now. It's nice to finally pick a winner. I bet I've lost close to 5 grand overall. I'm hoping to pick it all back up and then some in the long run on this baby!

lol...those round trips suck!! I usually end up getting screwed when that happens to me. I wish you luck dude!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Yeah I see what you mean Imake. Some small buys just to bump the bid price enough to sell out larger quantities. Don't know where the end is though.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

One day I'm gonna have 25K in my account so I don't have to worry about round trips anymore Homersbud. I've been stuck a couple of times with those things. Two of mine will roll off tomorrow though. The bad part is I took those two flags on two losers last Friday! LOL!!!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

There are out buyers! Stepping back up to the plate at .039!!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

To the land of .04's ... and BEYOND!!!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Boy I'll be glad when tomorrow gets here and my flags are gone. Then I can play the flipper and make a little extra green! I'd really like to work up to 100k shares on this one.

Several blocks going by where they're buying at .04...looks like it's gonna break out again!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Man someone is really loading up on this thing!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Ok I give...why isn't the ask price going up with all the buying that's going on?

Posted by IMAKEMONEY on :

Posted by pennies2007 on :

They must have heard me...the ask just went to .041 again. LOL!!!

YYYEESSS!!! We're back at the HOD!!!

Posted by Homersbud on :

God damn, this crazy. 400k at 042. Geez

Posted by pennies2007 on :

And it just broke .042!!! GO BABY GO!!! And they're still buying!!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

We're into some SERIOUS overbought zone territory. I can't remember the last time I saw one spiked this high. I'd love to see a split soon.

Posted by Homersbud on :

split?

These spikes happen all the time. The problem is finding them before it's too late. Earlier in the week FCCN had a nice spike, last week SWVC tore it up, now its CYBL turn.

Posted by FrankNitti on :

There's .042!

Nice!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Hhmmm...I see what you mean. I wonder how long it can last? What if the buying pressure doesn't let up on this one?

Posted by IMAKEMONEY on :

MARK MY WORDS pennies2007 THIS WILL SEE SUB-PENNY AGIAN. JUST A MATTER OF TIME. THERE DILUTING INTO THE BUYING,IMHO
[Wink]

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Oh well...I'll enjoy it while it lasts. I'll be able to pull my profits out in the morning and then I can just watch it ride on the rest. Here's hoping this one breaks the penny mold!!! I can't help thinking about SWVC though. Even though it spiked really high it settled back down into a price range that's still well above where it was trading in the .005 range and it doesn't look like it has anywhere to go but hope. I'm still banking on a long range profit on this one too after the initial fun run.

Posted by Homersbud on :

IMAKE is right. This will drop once the momo leaves. What goes up, must come down...Only question is when will it fall? Just make sure you're out before it does.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Sorry...I meant "anywhere to go but UP not HOPE" I've got butter fingers!!

Posted by Homersbud on :

enjoy it as long as you can man. The feeling is great, i know!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Looks like another sell-off happening. There's been a dump happening every 20-30 million shares traded. Then it picks back up. Wonder if it will this time?

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Man I really hate missing these flips. Darn those round trips!!!

Posted by BooDog on :

[Big Grin]
not bad at all. should be exciting next week also. cover your ass along the way though.
all imo

wish i held onto my .004's. lol

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Don't worry Boo. Starting tomorrow I'm gonna play the flips, hopefully avoiding any flags. I can do one sell and then one buy back a day without any round trip flags. That ought to help. I'll get my profit back quicker that way.

I really wish I hadn't let everyone scare me the first time when I had 100k shares. Everyone kept telling me it was going back into the .006's and I panicked. I should have followed my gut I guess. That's all I'm doing now...going with the gut.

Posted by BooDog on :

the trick is to keep from buying on unsettled funds. i don't have a margin. gotta keep the kitty happy though or you can really miss out. the price can be whatever as long as you get your capital back before it turns. then ride for free again.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

I've got a margin account but I've never had any trouble with it. I try to keep a close eye on it since the trades don't settle for 3 days. I think I've had margin call one time and that was for only ten dollars.

Posted by BooDog on :

oh yeah.... don't get greedy. stick to your plan and then move on. my plan is to see if this can by some chance match up to a couple of its other major runs. how bout .08 or .12 eh. that's too greedy is it? lmao. [Eek!]

Posted by pennies2007 on :

I don't think .10 is out of the question Boo. Depends on the news next week. It's already fooled us several times. Who knows?

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Another sell-off. Wonder if it'll finish up like last time around a half penny drop and then go back up?

Posted by BooDog on :

the old salts here are wise to tell you to run away. cover your capital and maybe leave some freebies just for that chance ~ maybe pay for a dinner or something. cybl has some good possibilities but they also have their issues. hence the ob.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

I hear ya Boo. They're definitely right. I've been burned more than once trying to jump on the boat too late or ride it too long. I'll try to be more careful this time. Who knows? Maybe this is that one in a million penny! LOL!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Yup almost a half penny drop before the buyers stepped back in. True to form so far...

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Hey I'm curious...while we're sitting around waiting on this thing to move. How long have you guys been at this penny game? I've only been in for about six months. I know I know...it shows huh? LOL!!!

Posted by BooDog on :

just over a year. and still learning how to be a newbie. but i don't trade very much at all either.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Wow we've got some serious selling going on right now. Price is going down fast. [Eek!]

Posted by Homersbud on :

Geez, look at that drop! Not too bad, I've seen MUCH worse!

This Oct will be my 2yr anniversary of trading! I've learned a ton but I still can't play these pos's correctly....lol

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Yeah I'm still learning too. Just when I think I've got some of this stuff figured out it turns on me. I really screwed up in the beginning cause I had no clue about anything. My uncle is a pro. He nets about a grand a day playing with this stuff. Of course he keeps about 50K in his account too so that makes it easier. You can play the short runs on only a point or two with that kind of dough.

Posted by Homersbud on :

Ya man, I got a buddy who plays big board stocks. Anytime I mention something in OTC, he just laughs at me. I remember him telling me about BIDU when it was $100/share. Look at it now, geez. He probably banked couple 100k.

Just can't fall in love with these POS's! They'll turn on you when you least expect it and you end up being a bagholder which blows a$$

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Yeah Homersbud the drops are still running about half a penny or so. That was the biggest drop so far but you're right...still not bad. There are a lot of people holding this stock and the buying pressure is still pretty good overall...enough to keep it running between .035 and .04 even by the EOD.

I guess even after a few years this stuff can still take you by surprise huh?

Posted by pennies2007 on :

WOW!!! BIDU huh? That's for the serious big boys!

Yeah my uncle said he's not "married" to any stock since Enron folded. He plays 'em all short, even the big boys. He's done well for himself.

Posted by Homersbud on :

Weird, that's exactly what my buddy told me. don't marry a stock cuz of Enron!

Dilution is killing this stock. I saw 1m dump below bid, never a good sign.

700m AS, 552m OS last I saw, but I'm sure the OS is above 600m now

Posted by pennies2007 on :

And the bad part is I'm stuck cause I've got three round trips on me!!! I knew that was gonna bite me. I wanted to sell at .04!!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Oh well it had to happen. It was too far into the overbought zone.

Posted by Homersbud on :

See man, those round trips kill ya everytime!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Wheewww! Nice recovery. It dropped a full penny that time! [Razz]

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Hey i though that was a smiley face not a raspberry! LOL!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Does anyone know if that drop straightened out the RSI?

Posted by Homersbud on :

Nice bounce.

RSI is still overbought on the daily chart.

Posted by Homersbud on :

Wow, I guess they just wanted to fill the gap.

Posted by BooDog on :

gonna take some serious news with some decent numbers to fill this gap. imo i'd like to see the news follow up with some more contracts.

Without news this one is going to take a really good dip. With news today or first of week it's going to go crazy again. I listened to the naysayers last time and lost out on a fortune. My gut says to hold this one and play the flips. Let's see how it goes. Good luck everyone!

Schwab says this one will have a green day....

I don't buy it...not without PR...

Then again...this stock has been VERY strong....

Careful....it's a trap! (LMAO)

Good luck!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

I hear ya FrankNitti. If this thing gets even close to .04 again I'm selling and then waiting for the dip...unless we get news of course. I got a feeling it's gonna dive today after a short initial surge.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

You know what's strange about this penny though...we had a really strong sell off yesterday based on the charts and it still held to the .03's at EOD. That means there's more room now for the buyers to wade back in. Maybe it will go green today. Rumors can be very strong!. Let's hope for the best!
[Smile]

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Hey gumza don't feel bad about missing out on this one. I just found out that UDTT had a great day yesterday. The bad part about that is I sold the stock day BEFORE yesterday...200k shares! I missed out on a $500 profit with a $400 investment...OH THE AGONY! HA HA! LOL!!! [Wink]

Nice and smooth. There's nothing frenzied about the buys. That means we're likely to hold the higher amount. I think the MM's are working it up slowly and then they're gonna break the news Monday and sell it at a nice profit when it jumps up. Time to ride the train guys! Hope you got a big empty sack to put all your money in! HA HA!

Cyberlux has a ticker going on their website saying that they are open through this weekend to take government orders for their products. May not mean anything but... I think they're ending their fiscal year on the 30th from the looks of it.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Sorry I didn't clarify...it's the US Governments fiscal end of year. They might turn in some last minute orders so they can finish up their budgets. That also means they will have BRAND NEW budgets for the year starting Monday! LET THE GOVERNMENT PO'S START ROLLING IN!! HA HA!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

So let's see what we have now...

1. A bullish stock overall that's held on surprisingly well.

2. A possible contract with Boeing in the works.

3. Approval from the military to start using their Brighteye system.

AND

4. A brand new year FAT WARTIME BUDGET ON MONDAY!!!

Nah, there's probably nothing too it at all....or is there??? Hhhmmmm..... [Wink]

Posted by pennies2007 on :

That's why all those large blocks were going by earlier today...somebody has already thought about the new budget. It's the end of the day and those large blocks AINT SELLING...

Posted by BooDog on :

I DIDN'T ADD EITHER IN THE .03s
BUMMER!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

It's only .034 Boo. Not that much difference in price unless you plan on buying a huge chunk.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Yup...it's the EOD and people are BUYING IN INSTEAD OF SELLING OUT!!! This is way cool!!!

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Man what a SWEET day! We finished at .034 in the green just like the trends said we would. I thought it would go a little higher today but that's OK by me. I'm locked and loaded for Monday. LIFE IS GOOD!!!!

see also the litigation against cyber from AJW and against AJW from cyber. I have mentioned the toxic funding before. and the lawsuits. Cyber needs to make a deal and leave them in the dust. Their ability to do so is a different story. They don't have the leverage yet. Their funding will need to run the gauntlet imo and will probably end up in an RS after a share increase. only 700mm auth and the os is 550mm approx.
But... there is still time imo. Because they have already taken the steps realizing what is going on.

see....

The problem; No new SB-2 filed for Restructure;

http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?type=&dateb=&owner=exclude&count=100&act ion=...

CYBL took all of the $$$ from AJW. 325 million * .03 is 3.25 Billion * .003. IMO the lawsuit filed by CYBL claiming that they did not know what they were signing when they changed the AJW agreement according to shareprice holds no water. Bottom line is that they do not have enough stock to pay AJW back as documented in their own SEC filings. As stated before, any hope of recovery for CYBL stock must happen while A/S is only 700 million. Look at BANY, forced increase in A/S and Reverse Split to pay AJW (Gelmon mentioned in the lawsuit?)

Hope this helps. Good luck.

true Tex. But they dug the hole in the first place eh?

If they can't deal then they will not move forward the way they could. I haven't seen a lot of comfort from cyberlux that they have this under control which drew me to my conclusion above. They have the momo and the attention... if they can somehow find a way to pay them off and deal with the suit separately then they have a chance. imo.

Posted by T e x on :

what you *do not* wanna see is any evidence of "the loan" being forgiven/not called... cf CSHD.

gotta check the terms of the deal...which I have not...and overlain ramifications of lawsuits

Posted by BooDog on :

I haven't seen any deals yet. and only breezed over some of ajw's past "accepting" and "forgiving". seems pretty relentless. and IF cybl would have done their homework they would have seen their future by dealing with them. imo.

Now with some momo in the right direction with Boeing and the services they may be able to find a way out.
only time will tell. And they seem to be drawing the right attention at the moment.

Boeing had their own issues recently. I haven't called them personnaly. Their contract with cybl is pretty straight forward imo and a MAJOR step for cyberlux.
I'd like to see more contracts (who wouldn't) but moreso i'd like to see some filings stating "DID" instead of "WILL DO".
and for that i think a little patience...

and a reminder why Machiavelli is more sane by only playing the TA and not getting so involved with the FA.
i know i've seen enough pinks and ob's turn against and I've only been hear a short time. cyber_ _ _. lol The key is knowing when to fold em and when to hold em. lmao.

here's the other part i was looking for to go with my earlier post...

Cyberlux Corporation (OTCBB: CYBL) (Wed, September 26, 2007, 1:53pm EDT) Cyberlux Corporation, a leading provider of LED lighting solutions, announced today that the U.S.

Richard has the momo going now IMAKE. lol.

We'll see if cybl can shake AJW and move on. More government contracts and they seem to be coming together. Get rid of AJW and they get rid of Corey Ribotsky. Legal maters take some time. Staying tuned. People should do their own DD. Just google these guys and you can see their history. I'd like to see CYBL take on ajw and win even a portion of their counter suit.
anyone else have any views?

Personally I have been short term with this all along (otherwise i'd still have my .004s) but you can't ignore these charts. Possible golden cross this week imo. One heck of a flipper imo.

What else is there?

A posibility...... TA .... and I don't mean T & A on a Saturday night. There is a company under here somewhere who thinks for some reason they have something the big boys - who are just accross the street - don't have.

Cyberlux imo was a shot in the dark imo. Look at their own filings that claimed this year to be more or less a do or die year. Now they are making headway with Boeing. Will it be a little too late? Or is there still time? They have product and they have revenue ~~ however minute. They have only been trying since 2000 to make it publicly.
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&u=%2Fnetahtml% 2FPTO%2Fsearch-adv.htm&r=1&p=1&f=G&l=50&d=PTXT&S1=cyberlux&OS=cyberlux&RS=cyberl ux this is just 1
They are an easy target but i think most are banking now that they may have a chance. If they can beat out AJW I think they may have a chance. However unlikely.

Time will tell of course. Not without major events along the way almost certainly.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Let's not forget the possibility that all of this press makes it more appealing for someone with lots of $$$ besides AJW to maybe make a side investment with Cyberlux too. All they need is some funding to go further. Could happen...

Good job Boo! Barcharts.com is still showing this thing to be a buy today. No resistance until the .04's again. I don't know if we'll see any news today but even something like this reprint of the same news with TechNews could get it rolling again. I LOVE THIS COMPANY! HA HA LOL!

Decisions, decision...I'd like to sell and take some profit out at .034 but if I do and then the news breaks I'll be left in the dust. There's still more buying than selling going on so I guess I'll hold tight and see what happens.

Man what a tug of war! This is nuts. Nobody knows what to do. It looks like we're gonna close at about the same spot...still in the .03's. At least the golden cross is closer now.

trend shift. Still managed to finish well imo. looks like someone just wanted out. lol market sell maybe? Or just an "oops"?

Posted by pennies2007 on :

That's what's so strange, Boo. The trend today has been buying. Oh well I won't let it bother me. We would have wound up exactly back at .034 again which still leads me to think that people are waiting on news. I don't think the price is going to hold long though without news. By Wednesday we're going to see a serious drop without some PR.

Posted by ViperZ on :

I think there are too many people who bought at these levels for a serious drop to occur, unless the company dilutes, then all bets are off.

I think Boo is right. Without news I've noticed the highs peaking just a little lower each day. From .042 to .0385 to .037 (over the last three days). We'll be doing good to hit .036 today. More likely to hit .035 at best.

Hey there's something I haven't paid attention to before about Cyberlux. They've ALREADY sold the BrightEye system to the National Guard TWICE! In May to New York and in June to Louisiana. Granted, the orders were small ($20k to $50k) but that means they already have their foot in the door with the military. They don't have to convince anyone else about the reliability and effectiveness of their product. Now with the rest of the armed forces on board, orders are a sure thing. The question now is when?

Posted by Sleektrader on :

Think they might be waiting for the golden cross before releasing news?

GO WITH WHAT YOU'RE COMFORTABLE WITH IMO. WE HAVE STRESSED TO COVER AND RIDE FREE.

GOOD LUCK.

They also sell their consumer line through Wal Mart and Home Depot. This technology is something that has not caught on with consumers yet. My daughter gave me a flashligh this week using LED with a hand crank to power it and a plug to charge your cell phone. After Katrina and 13 days of no power you learn to appreciate something like that.

Posted by BooDog on :

Home depot as far as I know is not confirmed nation wide - maybe in some areas. Also - imo - this has already been factored in with the pps. Until they have completed the convertibles and the dilution this will match up with some heavy and unexpected resistance. Unless there is some better #'s with new contracts that inspire strong buying pressure I doubt this will be able to get off the ground. I expect this to fluctuate until AJW is out of the picture and/or we get some solid new contracts. jmho. I know I'd like to see .08 - .13 but it will take some magic to get there and I think there will be another nice dip before it happens - if.

You know I wonder if the MM's are keeping this thing up to keep AJW from selling any more shares short. If the price stays up, AJW sells at a loss on a short. Do they still own any shares? Does anyone know?

I'm worried that if I sell it and don't get back in when the news breaks it'll leave me behind. I'm actually hoping it will bottom out around .01 so I can add some more shares. We'll see how it goes. Of course I'm always hoping for the best. I wanna see $1 a share on this puppy! HA HA!

It is only a matter of time before they receive orders on military apps or sbi. I did a little more study on LED tech and found this:

http://www.quantumdev.com/pdf/pr_NASA.pdf

I am sure with the R&D cybl has done they haven't overlooked this aspect of the technology. That could be even bigger than the militay applications, just will take longer.

Posted by Sleektrader on :

Check this out too....

A couple of microcaps in the solid-state lighting, or light-emitting diode LED sector have caught the attention of investors recently
-Cyberlux Corporation (OTC:BB:CYBL) and Lighting Science Group(OTC:BB:LSGP).

LEDs are the future of the lighting market because of superior energy efficiency and longevity vis a'vis incandescent lighting which
currently dominates the market. Incandescent lighting is on its way out
- On February 20, 2007, Australia announced that by 2010, incandescent light bulbs would be banned. It is estimated greenhouse gas emissions
will be cut by 800,000 tonnes (Australia's current emission total is 564.7 million tonnes). The European Union has proposed a ban on
incandescent light bulbs, planned to come into effect in the near future, but this will not affect existing incandescent bulbs, only the
production of new bulbs.

Full Story:
http://www.tmcnet.com/usubmit/2007/10/02/2983997.htm

LSGP is at .42 a share right now. I am sure cybl will follow.

If the golden cross is anything like news and PR it will take a couple of days for it to kick in, at least from what I have seen so far.

If we could get good news along with the cross this one would pop.

Posted by Sleektrader on :

If Boeing gets their mess fixed on the SBI there could be orders coming on that. As of now DHS is withholding any further payments to Boeing until they get their problems fixed and prove the system.

Once that is done there are 3800 more towers to be built and I am sure they will need lighting.

200 Day MS is still .0130

OUCH!!

Posted by Sleektrader on :

I think yesterday was a MM adjustment to cover shorts. Longs seemed to be holding fairly steady. Everybody is getting jittery over no news however there are a couple of factors; anybody that has ever been in or dealt with the military knows the phrase "hurry up and wait". Also Boeing has woes with other technology in the SBI they are dealing with correcting right now and before they can move ahead. If you look back over PR history of CYBL this company doesn't release news just for the sake of releasing something; it is usually of some substance.

They are present at the Airlift Tankers Association Convention in Nashville today and the rest of this week. DOD has a heavy presence there along with other major potential customers.

I expect to see some further retrace today then rebound back to around .03 or even a little higher by the first of next week unless there is some news before. Also don't forget the fact their revenues are still on track even without Boeing and the military.

Posted by pennies2007 on :

Found this article this morning about Boeing. Looks like they've done well for themselves profit wise. Up over 60%. Notice the part in the article about some of their profits coming from military (defense) applications. This is gonna have some bearing on CYBL before much longer, especially once they get their problems fixed on the border initiative.

129th NGAUS GENERAL CONFERENCE

RESOLUTION NO. B-10 – AUGUST 25th, 2007

RELATING TO THE LED PORTABLE ILLUMINATION SYSTEMS

Background:
The LED Portable Illumination Systems have fast become a “Must Have” item within all units of the Department of Defense. LED Portable Illumination Systems deliver precision optics, visible and covert lighting, robust threat differentiation, long operational run time, minimal weight, maximum portability, rapid deployment capability, adjustable illumination energy and wireless control and operation, to name a few.

The dual role of the National Guard provides the optimum opportunity for maximum cost effective usage of LED Portable Lighting Systems such as the “Watchdog” and “Bright Eye” illumination systems.

In addition to the numerous applications in the federal mission, LED Lighting Systems are a State-of-the-art emergency response capability that provides low cost, and maximum portability for the Governors and local incident commanders.

Recommendation:
The National Guard Association of the United States recommends that the National Guard Bureau, the Department of the Army, the Department of Defense, and the Congress of the United States to support a plan to procure the Portable Illumination Systems such as the “Watchdog” and “Bright Eye”.

The National Guard Bureau will deploy the next 17 BrightEye systems as a tactical lighting solution for their 17 CERFP - 'Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High-yield Explosive (CBRNE) Enhanced Response Force Package'. The CERFP team is composed of four mission elements - search and extraction, decontamination, medical, and command and control -and staffed by personnel from already established National Guard units. The 17 CERFP teams are aligned with the 10 FEMA regions, and when an incident occurs within a team's response area, they are alerted through their State Headquarters and mobilized.

"This next National Guard Bureau order signifies the level of capability and field performance our BrightEye System delivers in support of the National Guard's most important disaster response missions," said Mark Schmidt, president and chief operating officer for Cyberlux. "With CERFP teams supporting all the FEMA regions within U.S., we anticipate ongoing BrightEye needs within the National Guard. We are making important progress with our Military and Homeland Security customers including the recent successful U. S. Air Force BrightEye evaluation and this National Guard CERFP deployment, the first step in deploying our BrightEye tactical lighting solution within the broader scope of operations by the National Guard."

Beyond the CERFP deployment, the National Guard requires rapidly deployable portable covert and visible lighting systems for border patrol support, homeland defense operations, disaster response preparedness, and global military deployments. The National Guard provides each State with units trained and equipped to protect life and property, and provides the Nation with units trained, equipped and ready to defend the United States and its interests around the world.

The BrightEye Portable Illumination System is designed as a portable visible and night-vision compatible illumination system for general mission tactical lighting, force protection, maintenance lighting, expeditionary base protection, disaster first responders, and other rapidly deployable high-intensity lighting applications. Using advanced optics, advanced solid-state lighting technology, and light-weight battery power, all contained in an easily transportable wheeled case, the BrightEye system is capable of eliminating the space-consuming bulk, noise and energy consumption of the current generator-powered incandescent lighting systems. Unique to the marketplace, the BrightEye provides both visible white lighting and night-vision compatible covert lighting, capability not available in traditional lighting systems.

The BrightEye System is available through the General Services Administration
(GSA) Federal Supply Schedule 56 for Specialty Lighting products under Cyberlux GSA Contract GS-07F-9409S and orderable part number 2CP0170.

Boo,
I your opinion where is the "eat your greens" point on this bounce?

I might look for some consolidation right around here again with possibilities of breaking into the .04's. Charts look to be showing for a good chance here. Protect your capital and see where it goes. There are still some fundamental issues eating at this but I think some eyes that were watching this have or are getting a piece of it.

all imo

I didn't get to move any of my shares yesterday before the walk-down so I am going to be holding for a while longer where I am.

I guess I will sit back and watch the tug-o-war until the next bump. This is life in penny land!
