Up 400% in 4 days. Not bad! Wouldn't get in it at this point, but let us know if you invent a time machine, and I'd be all over it on the 25th! [Smile]

Homeland Safety Intl. Announces Major Investor Relations Campaign on Heels of New Sales Records
Homeland Safety International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HSFI) announced today that it had signed a contract with Mercantile Ascendency, a Dallas-based investor relations company, to build a stronger communication channel with investors about the Company, its vision and potential in the homeland safety market. Homeland presently has over 6,500 investors, but acknowledged that it had not done enough to communicate with them or the brokerage community about the Company's direction and the progress it is making.

The investor relations campaign was kicked off by an interview with Paul Johnson, the CEO of Homeland Safety on *** radio last week. That interview can be seen in its entirety at www.***.com. Mr. Johnson announced record earnings for the previous quarter and gave his analysis of the potential that exists for Homeland's products in the Middle East based on his recent tour or region. He also announced significant additional funding for Homeland that came out of the Middle East.

"We are at an exciting point in our company's history," stated Johnson. "We have seen orders grow and tremendous interest in our new products that are just being introduced. It is time for us to tell the investment community what we are all about and what the potential for the company is."

"We are delighted to have Homeland Safety as a customer," stated Tom Collins, President of Mercantile. "They are well positioned to attack a rapidly expanding market area and we are very happy to be a part of communicating their message to the investment community."

Wow, it's starting to fly now.. Awesome!!

If this is going up because of an impending sale of one of the InfrAegis systems (sold by HFSI distributors), then this will fly.

One sale would be over $1B. HSFI's cut would probably be between 3% and 5% of that. If we figure 3%, then that makes the revenue from one sale $30 Million.

$30 Million divided by 110,000,000 (OS)+ = .27 per share.

If you factor in a conservative PE ratio of 5x then this puts it at 1.36 share.

IMO, that is a conservative estimate. Imagine where there is one sale, there will be more to follow, given HSFI's exclusivity on global sales.

what is this nonsense!!! yes the company employs distributors to sell is`t sniffex dection system however according to thier information statement they have NO SUBSIDIARIES only sales affiliates. they do have 3 fulltime and three part time employees, I have seen no "news" conecting this company with "1 billion infrAegis system contract!!" why would an " affiliate " share profits from a sale with an unrelated company???? infrAegis is a registered trademark of infrAegis inc.
