AVVW :

Closed at .0115, had a couple days volume signal, today and 10/17 when volume was 4 / 5 times averages.

Has some problems though. The number one enemy of potential runners, the D word, DILUTION.

O/S : State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: As of October 16, 2006, we had 65,866,854 shares of common stock outstanding, $0.001 par value.

Form 10 : http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename %3D0001213900%252D06%252D001332%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2006%255C10%255C16%255 C&symbol=AVVW

But wait, there's more :

SB-2 : http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename %3D0001213900%252D06%252D001290%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2006%255C10%255C05%255 C&symbol=AVVW

Total 291,510,271 -- OUCH ! Brings the O/S to over 357M. Isn't absorbed yet, just announced through a SB-2A, (ammendment), on 10/5/06.

Any gains will be held in check by the diluting MM selling his butt off on Ask, watch for ARCA.

Chart : http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=AVVW&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p99291935889

Like that it's oversold. I don't think I will offer more than .01. I see first resistance at .015, and more resistance, (if / when it gets by .015), at the terrible 2's, .02. Doubt if it gets by .015 with that kind of dilution staring at it.

RECENT NEWS : http://finance.yahoo.com/q/h?s=AVVW.OB

The numbers had me excited, the O/S had me very excited, the SB-2 changed all that real quick. It could bounce for 40 or 50 %, but I would say it cannot sustain a decent run because of the 291M that need to be sold into the market.

Now pay attention. It might slip a bit lower, but it deserve serious watching because the numbers say it is right. I lkie it between .009 / .01, if / when it gets there. That 291M to be offered is a difficult thing to buy into, but I expect easily 25%, maybe 50% from the .01 area.

The surge in volume happened during lunch hours, after that, no significant volume was noted: has this one been pumped by some group?

Posted by skip on :

doubt a group would play this one. doesn't really fit group criteria, IMO. It was ready to bounce, ARCA (used by the company to dilute?) killed the bounce run...

picked it up on a scan last week and didn't play it. might still bounce from here?

WILL, great call, and great DD, I'd be surprised if they turn the dilution afterburners at a double bottom, but who knows. i have a different take on the situation though today. I think this thing started to take off, and some idiot wanted to dump some at profit and put in a MARKET order, rather than a limit, and mm's cooked them.. look at level 2.. it tells the story.. up until then there was NICE buying..

then as soon as that order went thru at .011 EVERYONE pulled there bid.. including me. the bid at that time was .012, lol.. im tellin you it was someone that got toasted on a market order, lol. then the bid came back and the ask got spanked eod. thinking that .011 order that went thru threw it all off lol.. mm's bought those .011 shares ..

I just missed those .0102 shares, will.. lucky dog, lol.. bit managed some at .012 and think those will be ok. i agree dilution sucks, but you have to remember they all dilute .. to a point. if they can produce great news and some plans, then pps will boom. If dilution is done properly and can be worked in with news then its ok.. wreckless dilution and toxic funding are always losers though. dont know anything for sure, we'll see. but i expect news.. good dd will..

will, TA's use multiple mm's to dilute.. its not as clear cut as calling out arca as diluters. the reason it bounced is because it is extremly oversold. company cant dilute if there are no buyers. lol..

and at a double bottom buyers are exhausted.

look at the selling from plus .03 to these levels on that news.. the selling was overblown, and chances are mm's short big time on this.. this was at a 52 week high of .14 lol..

look at the massive selling all thru oct mm's just bought up shares...now they have to deliver imo..

Great job, will, my fellow .0102 brother. [Smile]

Yeah watching the L2's today, ARCA was snipping the gonads on the ask for AVVW all day long at .014. DOMS jumped around on the bid accumulating shares at the bid for a good part of the morning. Probably won't see any significant movement in this hombre until ARCA has dumped his inventory.

Posted by will on :

He might take a break and let us see .014 / .015 again ??? To wait for all 290M shares be a long long wait, they'll bounce it around, hopefully.

Posted by cactus33 on :

i saw hardly any resistance eod, the ask got taken out at .0125 to .0126.. with weak resistance, next stop was .013..

so you still think they will dilute at a double bottom and it will all be thru ARCA.. with no news, lol.. alright.. we'll see..

The only reason the Ask jumped a solitary tick from .0125 to .0126, is because ARCA moved out to .0139. He'll (or actually it), will be back at .0125 soon enough.

Anyone ever wonder why it is that ARCA seem to be the MM used when dilution is ocurring? ARCA isn't used ALL the time, but sure seems to be there often selling the Ask when dilution is going on.

I even said in my alert of 10/19 :

"Any gains will be held in check by the diluting MM selling his butt off on Ask, watch for ARCA."

Named the culprit days ahead of time.

"My apologies guys.

Never saw it coming. Should have realized it smelled when they overdiluted past the 150M filed in the S8.

Tough business these pennies. Not only do you fight the MM manipulation and shorting, but you have to be on guard against the greedy, lying, diluting, CEO's.

LUMBY, British Columbia, Oct 24, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- AVVAA World Health Care Products, Inc. (AVVW), a biotech company offering global customers therapeutic skin and health care products, issued the following letter to its shareholders:

Dear Valued Shareholders:

With the end of calendar year 2006 just around the corner, avVaa World Health Care Products has implemented a number of directives that will impact our future growth plans and operating strategies as we move forward with full commercialization of our human and animal care product lines.

As an emerging growth company operating in a competitive industry such as ours, sufficient funding is crucial to the continued development and long-term success of our business model. Toward that end, avVaa recently secured a $2 million private placement funding, the proceeds of which are being used to further the Company's operating strategy and general corporate development purposes. The funding is in the form of convertible notes, at a 6% interest rate, which are convertible into common shares at a discount computed on a formula basis. As part of this financing transaction, the Company granted the investors 36 million share purchase warrants exercisable at a price of $0.16 per share. The details of the financing transaction are contained in the Company's financial statements available at http://www.sec.gov.

In recent months, avVaa has also added a number of new advisors to our Board of Directors to ensure continued leading-edge support for the completion of the Company's strategic business plan.

New advisor Dr. Mario Zamora, a well-respected healthcare specialist, has been studying the benefits of our NeuroSkin line of human skincare products for industry publication and presentation. Dr. Zamora recently instituted a Pilot Program in Houston, Texas, in conjunction with the Hispanic Health Institute, leading a sales and marketing campaign to secure additional sales for avVaa products, through advertising on major Spanish television and radio outlets for a period of six weeks. During that time, Dr. Zamora and avVaa's sales agents expect to explore direct sales potential for our products in Hispanic markets, as well as seek additional distributorships to introduce our products to this highly coveted market segment. Success in Houston will allow us to extend the program nationwide over the next several quarters. Product sales in conjunction with this campaign are expected to be forthcoming.

A veterinary specialist in dermatology and new advisor to the Board, Dr. Gene Nesbitt, has been working with management for some time in order to ensure avVaa's pet and equine care products are of the highest quality and effective for successful introduction to the growing pet and animal care products market throughout North America. Dr. Nesbitt has completed a number of studies on the benefits of our all-natural pet and equine care products and will be presenting his papers at a number of trade shows, veterinarian conventions and other planned industry events in the coming year.

While avVaa's board has grown in recent months, so have sales and marketing campaigns for both the Company's human and animal care product lines. Recent collaboration with AdSouth Partners, Inc. resulted in full-page print advertising placement in magazines nationwide with substantial readerships in our target market segments. A full-color brochure has also been completed for additional planned promotional activities. Our dedicated Customer Sales and Service Agents continue to support the strength of recent campaigns by filling orders as they arrive and maintaining customer relationships to facilitate continued sales and reorders.

Additional sales and marketing efforts planned in the coming weeks include test-marketing programs in targeted chain and independent stores in California and the Northwestern U.S. to ensure successful supply chain management and customer services are in place to handle large, upcoming projected sales. Upon pilot testing completion, expected within the next 60 days, chain and independent stores throughout the Northwest are expected to begin stocking NeuroSkin products for their customers.

In our primary healthcare products and services market, industry trade show events are an important part of successful market introduction for new products. Accordingly, we will attend a number of events to promote our products and present study findings to the industry's finest throughout North America this year, including attendance at the prestigious American Academy of Dermatology's 65th Annual Meeting in Washington D.C. this coming February.

In addition to our human healthcare products, we have also been working closely with bulk pet products suppliers to sell our products and are currently negotiating a possible 2007 re-branding (private labeling) of our Animal Care Products through a large, global pet products supplier. On the heels of recent successes in this marketplace, we will attend the most well respected animal and pet care products industry trade shows throughout the coming year.

In conjunction with trade show attendance and sales and marketing efforts, we are now sponsoring many local, regional and national pet and equine events throughout Canada and the U.S. These sponsorship programs have been an excellent resource to ensure product placement in the hands of our target consumers and allow us to promote our products at minimal costs. Additionally, a graphic artist has been retained to ensure colorful graphic designs for our entire line of animal and human products.

Finally, at our annual meeting this past July, the Board approved the appointment of a new auditing firm Davidson & Company LLP and the formation of an Audit Committee. As a result, avVaa's financial reporting process is now strengthened, as the Audit Committee, comprising two independent directors, reviews and approves annual and quarterly financial statements and regulatory filings. New auditors Davidson & Company LLP, the Company's accounting advisors Lancaster & David, Chartered Accountants, the Audit Committee and management have worked closely together to streamline the reporting process. As a result, for the first time in two years the Company has met its filing deadlines for quarterly reporting to the SEC.

Moving toward another year at avVaa, management remains committed to building value for its shareholders over the long-term and maintaining open communication along the way. We are excited about the positive consumer and retail responses to our products we have seen this year, for both human and animal care lines throughout North America, and will continue to concentrate our efforts on successful product placement and strategic sales and marketing.

We look forward to additional operational and product improvements to the benefit of our customers and shareholders in the coming months and pledge to continue Improving Quality of Life -- Naturally!

LUMBY, British Columbia, Oct 26, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- avVaa World Health Care Products Inc. (AVVW), a global biotechnology company offering therapeutic, natural skin and health care products, announced today it has received a $42,000 (USD) initial order from the Hispanic Health Institute (HHI) as part of the Houston Pilot Project for the company's therapeutic skin and health care products.

The HHI order is a result of the Company's Houston Pilot Project, a comprehensive marketing and sales initiative to bring avVaa products to the Hispanic community via HHI. Initially, these products will be marketed to and sold in and around Houston, Texas. Both avVaa and HHI expect the Houston Pilot Project to eventually lead to strong franchise opportunities within the Hispanic community in Canada, the United States, Mexico and other international markets.

The Houston Pilot Project is being guided by the HHI. Dr. Mario Zamora heads the organization as its Director and was recently named an Advisor to avVaa's Board of Directors. HHI is an organization with special expertise and contacts within the Hispanic community throughout North America.

Dr. Zamora said, "I've done several studies on numerous patients with avVaa products. Those patients suffering from aggravated symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis and acne reported vast improvement when using avVaa's NEUROSKIN. This success only increases my enthusiasm for introducing the avVaa NEUROSKIN line of skin treatment products through our Houston Pilot Project. Although nearly anyone with similar skin ailments can benefit from avVaa NEUROSKIN, in my experience, these skin conditions are highly prevalent and severely under treated in the Hispanic community."

Dr. Zamora has studied a number of avVaa care products, all of which are steroid-free, to test their effects when used to treat seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis and acne.

Lorie Campbell-Farley, avVaa EVP Sales and Marketing said, "I have been working with Dr. Zamora for more than a year now. As a licensed physician, Dr. Zamora has conducted several studies using our NEUROSKIN products over the last year. His results demonstrate that with these products, which are FDA-registered and steroid-free, over-the-counter products; there have been promising results shortly after use in all persons affected by these skin ailments."

interesting situation forming again, ARCA's all over the ask. but selling has produced a double bottom with little buying interest. I took some profits on that last run, but am tempted to buy at the more at the bid, seeming it does well at a double bottom. mm's may gap it again. who know's.. probably hold for now.. dont like the low vol.
but like the way this trends in this situation..

no, i added more at these historically low levels... wayyyy undervalued, mm's gapped it down, instead of up.. like i thought they would. next week should be interesting. this is way undervalued at these levels. mm's made a lot panic, when they dropped it to .005.. look for the gap up, charts say so, and thats how i'll play it..

That 291M to be offered is a difficult thing to buy into, but I expect easily 25%, maybe 50% from the .01 area.

...and they trade it at .001, and who pops his ugly face back in at .0099, but our good friend, ARCA.

Might be temporary. Every time he moves to kill the Ask, he moves off then NITE & UBSS move up on Ask.

Dilution killing it. Could be a nice little 50% bounce from .005 here.

Let's do it again from .005. Should be good for a 50 - 60 % bounce.

CHART : http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=AVV...d=p18991926462

O/S, SB-2, no change, only thing that changed is the price and chart.

Maybe some more news since first posted :
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/h?s=AVVW.OB

Good news today and it goes down. Dilution causing that ? Oversold time for a bounce.

Posted by cactus33 on :

will, i agree. i was thinking when it was .007 that it was gonna hit .005. my hunch is that it may even dip lower to .0042 before it really hits bottom, but .005 really looks nice. this just cant seem to get investors interested, but i think the bad momo may end soon. could be good for .01 easy.

i remember riding this from .012 to .016 and that was with same dilution.

good luck..

Had the same feeling at .007, posted it on Nov 10. Hope they don't take it to .0042. At that point it be a real opportunity. I saw BANY run for 400%+ today with an open SB-2 for 2 billion, pfft, this SB-2 is only 291M. I liked the volume today with the take down, bout 2 times averages.

Closed at .007 today for 40% gain from yesterday's low. Don't get greedy now, remmeber ARCA and all those shares he has to sell. Buy when it weakens, sell for a reasonable profit, wait for the retrace, repeat process. Seems to bounce nicely off a RSI just under 30.

There's the recipe for making the perfect AVVW stew.

Early, early, morning jiggles, If memory serves correctly there were 4 MM's on Ask at .007, and one on Bid at .0065, Now there's 2 on Ask at .007, and 2 on Bid at .0065. No ARCA yet. This could all change before open.

Sure, they have some dilution, but look at BANY.
Not to mention, they ritualistically dilute until it gets oversold, then run it back up, then rinse and repeat.

If you play it right, you can make a minimum of 25% on the flip...

watch it...

you gotta like the increasing volume lately, that was one problems AVVW had in the past. The ask completely thinned out eod. I am wondering if mm's have diluted enough, accumulated too and will let this go, This has broken new 52 week low trends till .005 now. funny how you saw that snap eod back to almost .007.. then A/H news, lol.. seems like they alway know before us.

One thing about this company is that it keeps investors informed, it truly does seem that they are bothered that pps is this low.. as any company should. If it gets going, it has plenty of room to run looking at weekly chart.. This should be trading at .01 or above imo..

as many as they want to print my friend.

they are diluting, using CLYP and ARCA to do so.

Like I said earlier, this one is good for what I like to call, "Dilution Flips"
Dilution flips are just what it sounds like, flipping a stock during times of planned dilution. We know the company is dumping shares right now. And we know they don't want to totally kill their PPS (I said totally, note the decline since they filed the SB2 for 291mil shares on 10/5 - http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=AVVW&p=DAILY&b=5&g=0&id=p It went from .03 to .0047. yikes, but not totally killed)

Now look at 11/20, looks like a big dump day, and it got oversold. Look at the next day, it's green. Now look at 11/27 and 11/28, more big dump days and oversold conditions. Look at 11/29, it's green again. They basically dilute the stock down until it gets oversold. Run it back up 30% or so, then dilute it back down again to a lower level. Lower lows and lower highs, but the flips are there if you are watching. This has been going on since 10/8. Look at the chart and you can see that everytime it dips below the 30 RSI line, it bounces right back off.

You see, if they just kept diluting and didn't let the stock breath every few days or so, the price would be at .0001 now. Maybe not that extreme, but it makes the point. If they don't let it breath here and there, the stock would plummet even more than it has. They have to let it breath, and if you are quick, you can make good money when its taking a breather.

So, with all of that said. What's my plan? I already bought low .005's and sold high .006's.
Now I will buy in at mid .004's and sell at .006ish next week. Then buy in upper .003's, sell at mid .005's. And so on...
When they are done diluting completely, then it could really have a nice post dilution run.

This happens with a lot of stocks during dilutive times. Take note. Hope that helps.

Posted by cactus33 on :

They have dumped a lot, i dont know if it will break that .004 support, but it may. I agree totally with you skip. just a flip, like all these pos really, lol. I am thinking that it may not be that predictable from here though, all the way down to .003. then .005, then what.. .001 then .003, lol, and so on.

This has been VEERRRRY predictable, like you said. But these MM's dont make money being predictable all the time. I think it may break out back to over .007, it sure doesnt look like it now, but i have seen stranger. I dont have much in this, avgd at .005. Not too worried, its not probable, just thinking that it may finally break this trend of nosediving back to 30 line after doing it so often lately.

I agree though skip, your analysis and the way to play the stock is dead on imo.. It probably will trend like this until dilution ends or some really great news comes that investors really love.

good luck.

MM's aren't watching these boards, I assure you. [Wink]

I, too, was ready to give up. I wasn't able to trade the last month or so, so I didn't have to watch it dive everyday. Might have sold if I would have been watching closely. This thing bounces up and down anytime the MM's let it breathe in the slightest. Maybe I'll play again when it's back the .002's.

Now, if I could only short OTCBB stocks... [Smile]

LUMBY, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Feb 08, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --
avVaa World Health Care Products Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AVVW), a global
biotechnology company offering therapeutic skin and health care products,
announced today that it has signed a vendor agreement with Home Shopping Group
(HSG) to launch a comprehensive television and email campaign for avVaa's
NEUROSKIN Psoriasis Relief Spray.

NEUROSKIN has been accepted into the Home Shopping Group's direct response
program; a television and email campaign designed to market avVaa's NEUROSKIN
Psoriasis Relief Spray to consumers aged 18 - 65. HSG has placed an initial
product order to begin the fulfillment process that is expected to result from
the television and direct response marketing campaigns.

As part of the campaign, HSG will produce a 60-second television commercial
featuring NEUROSKIN. The commercial will air in two designated market areas to
be selected by HSG in conjunction with avVaa World Health Care. The commercial
will not air between the hours of 12 a.m. and 6 a.m., but will air on television
network affiliates of ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX or through major television cable
networks like ESPN, HGTV, DISCOVERY, among other outlets. avVaa's NEUROSKIN
products will be featured in the commercial and offered for sale on
www.shophsg.com and the Company's Yahoo! store within 90 days.

The avVaa NEUROSKIN Psoriasis Relief Spray commercial is designed specifically
to motivate the viewer to act on the offer as it appears on the television or
other medium. The advertisement will be produced later this month and be ready
for television by the end of February.

In addition to the television campaign, Home Shopping Group will launch a
targeted mass e-mail full color advertisement featuring NEUROSKIN Psoriasis
Relief spray. This will be created and delivered to HSG customers and other
customers with a hyperlink to the www.shophsg.com website to allow instant
product purchases. Targeted mass emails will be delivered to at least 500,000
qualified e-mail addresses. At the conclusion of the email campaign, avVaa will
receive data certifying the amount of emails delivered along with detailed
"click-through" information.

Lorie Campbell-Farley, avVaa EVP Sales and Marketing said, "We are excited to
partner with HSG to bring this NEUROSKIN Psoriasis Relief Spray marketing
campaign to the small screen, with a commercial carefully scripted and produced
to motivate our targeted consumers, where our products have the potential to
reach larger numbers; offering consumers therapeutic relief from the agonizing
discomfort of psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis."

Campbell-Farley continued, "The benefits of 60-second direct-response commercial
is that the branding of our NEUROSKIN Psoriasis Relief Spray gets so much
exposure that it not only increases sales, but our products also benefit from
brand name recognition and the unique benefits of our products are now being
communicated directly to the consumer in the comfort of their own home.
Successful branding of NEUROSKIN Psoriasis Spray will create a

launching pad for retailers to seek the NEUROSKIN products that their customers
see on television and request by name."
