Med Gen & National Health & Wellness Start Painenz(R) Test
Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MGEN), manufacturers of the national brands Snorenz(R), snore relief throat spray, Painenz(R), roll on pain relief formula, Good Nights Sleep(R), sleep aid throat spray and Un-Diet(TM) weight loss system, announced today that it has agreed to supply 350 units of its roll-on pain relief formula, Painenz(R), to the National Health & Wellness Club for member testing and approval.

Med Gen has worked with the National Health & Wellness Club and their affiliate publication Health & Wellness previously, when they approved Med Gen's Snorenz(R), snoring relief brand by better than 77%. The club seal has since been affixed to all packaging and promotional materials. Paul Kravitz, Chairman said, "that an approval by Health & Wellness carry's significant marketing appeal and could well contribute to significant sales. I am pleased that Painenz(R) has met the interest of this highly recognized organization and look forward to a successful test by 350 of their members."

About Med Gen Inc.

Med Gen Inc., in business since 1996, manufactures and markets specialty products using its proprietary delivery system ("STW"). It is best known for producing the world's first liquid spray snoring relief formula, Snorenz(R), for which its founders received a patent in 1998. Since its existence, Med Gen has continued to develop its STW "sprays the way" technology, introducing Good Night's Sleep(R) and most recently the Un-Diet(TM) weight loss plan. The company markets its products to major chain and drug stores, as well as direct sales via the company web site and direct to consumer television, radio and print advertising.

The company has stayed within its specialty niche for the past 10 years, producing products that are uniquely designed for large market segments. Several of the brands feature STW(TM) (Spays the Way Technology) as a format for its delivery systems. The company selects, designs or invents products where there is substantial demand but no competing products by virtue of delivery system or formulation.

Med Gen Inc. is a fully reporting company whose stock trades on the OTCBB under the symbol "MGEN". For information contact Investor Relations 561-750-1100 or http://www.medgen.com.

Med Gen Celebrates Its First Decade
Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MGEN), manufacturers of the national brands Snorenz(R), snore relief throat spray, Painenz(R), roll on pain relief formula, Good Nights Sleep(R), sleep aid throat spray and Un-Diet(TM) weight loss system, announced today that it has reached a milestone few biotech companies enjoy.

As we celebrate a decade of achievement we can point with pride to the completion of several aspects of our Business Plan that was developed to bring increased valuation, investor interest and brand awareness. The transition from retail sales and related advertising programs necessitated our complete overhaul of our Internet Domains and the creation of stand alone product sites. This project is now largely completed. Our Brands are now in front of worldwide markets, increasing our reach by more than 10 times, while at the same time reducing our actual cost per sale.

We have been very deliberate regarding our international business. As a result, our business has increased with new orders recently received from Ireland, Portugal and Australia. Additional significant increases in International business are expected soon from the signing of our contract with Alliance Unichem International Trading, Dublin, Ireland. The re-establishment of our business in the United Kingdom and other Western European countries is expected, but this time will include a complete line-up of our Brands, giving the company a much wider opportunity for growth.

Building a substantial Internet business has been our primary goal. Completion of our last Internet site is scheduled for the first quarter. This new Domain will feature a new Med Gen Online Shop that will replace the old shopping cart on the Med Gen corporate site. Eleven new introductions are initially planned, offering products that will heal and bring relief to millions of sufferers of common health problems. By introducing our existing customers to an array of new product offerings we will increase our per visit sales and further reduce our cost per sale. The Med Gen Online Shop will contribute significantly to our bottom line. The Med Gen Corporate site that will house the Online Shop will encompass a complete investor guided tour of our company, who we are, where we are going and why we are a good investment for the future. Links to get updates on trading price and stock information will be a click away.

Lastly, we are announcing the important addition of new line extenders to our existing brands. Sleepy Time Snorenz(R) with newly added Valerian Root that will bring relief from snoring and put you back to sleep at the same time. By popular demand and for those that cannot tolerate benadryl, an All Natural Good Nights Sleep(R) with Melatonin.

We have re-invented ourselves, kept the good and left behind the bad; an assurance that our present shareholders can expect a second decade of growth and prosperity and future shareholders will show interest in a little company with a leg-up on the health needs of a worldwide population.

Med Gen Signs Exclusive Agreement with UNDIET Book Author
Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MGEN), manufacturers of the national brands Un-Diet(TM), weight loss system, Snorenz(R), snore relief throat spray, Painenz(R), roll on pain relief formula, and Good Nights Sleep(R), sleep aid throat spray, announced today that it has signed an exclusive agreement with Bronwyn Schweigerdt MS, author of the UNDIET book to market her book together with the company's Un-Diet(TM) weight loss system.

"It's a double win," exclaimed Paul Kravitz, Chairman of Med Gen in an interview today. While the UNDIET book deals with nutrition and habits and the Un-Diet(TM) system deals with appetite suppression, metabolism and thermo genesis (fat burning), both programs followed simultaneously can produce the desired weight loss, quickly, healthily and painlessly.

"No one said you should stop eating," said Kravitz, "...but eating the way Bronwyn describes in her book UNDIET is not only proven through testimonials as the correct way, but it carries with it the philosophy behind Med Gen's Un-Diet(TM) system; Weight Control System For Life." Although both the book and Med Gen's all natural weight loss system bear the same name, there was absolutely no intent at collusion and it was purely by accident that the discovery of the UNDIET book was made.

Appease(TM), Weight Shield(TM) and Simply Trim(TM), the three products that make up the Un-Diet(TM) system, have come through the testing phase with flying colors. Only one glitch in a leaky "O" ring. "Missing the 'bathing suit' season will not hurt our marketing program because there are more weight loss products sold pre and post holiday season than in any time of the year," said Kravitz.

Med Gen Retires First Note from Lender
Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MGEN), manufacturers of the national brands Snorenz(R), snore relief throat spray, Painenz(R), roll on pain relief formula, Good Nights Sleep(R), sleep aid throat spray and UNDIET(TM) weight loss system, announced today that it has retired its first Note to its lender of $740,000. The registration filing underlying the collateral shares was filed in August 2005.

During this period, Med Gen shares showed remarkable liquidity, trading 490 million shares or an average of 30 million shares per month, more than doubling in share price and more than tripling the company's value. "The plan of action instituted by both management and its lender, avoiding an imminent reorganization as a result of vacated settlement agreement and the desire to significantly build Med Gen as a leading biotech company, has had a very positive and material effect for shareholders and the health and wellness industry in particular," said Mr. Paul Kravitz, Med Gen's Chairman. "Our products are gaining favor with an ever growing base of consumers looking for easy to use products that are effective in controlling weight loss, the noise of snoring, arthritic pain and sleeplessness."

"It is strictly my opinion, that for those Shareholders whose investment strategies are not marred by timidity, impatience, the wrong information or simply greed, Med Gen offers upside opportunities. Investors that believed in the value of a company and belief in managements long term goals, have made remarkable gains. The following examples evidence this philosophy, Sirius (SIRI), iRobot Corp. (IRBT) and even Wal-Mart, where an investment of $1600 (100 shares) in 1986 is now worth, after 20 years, $3.2 million."

Med Gen Initiates Distribution into Ireland with Alliance UniChem International Trading(R)
Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MGEN), manufacturers of the national brands UNDIET(TM) spray weight loss system, Snorenz(R), snore relief throat spray, Painenz(R), roll on pain relief formula, and Good Nights Sleep(R), sleep aid throat spray, announced today that it has received an initial order for both SnorAway(R), snoring relief formula and Painenz(R), roll on arthritic pain relief formula for Ireland from its new distributor, Alliance UniChem International Trading(R) (AUIT).

AUIT is considered one of the largest distributors of both prescription and OTC drugs in Europe. The Distribution Agreement covers all products now being manufactured by Med Gen. Paul Kravitz, Chairman and Chief Executive, commented in a morning interview, that the Distribution Agreement with AUIT is a watershed achievement for Med Gen. "Our new relationship with AUIT will open significant distribution channels in all EU countries. AUIT controls a significant market overseas and Med Gen expects to build market share quickly because of this relationship."

Ireland is the first country to receive Med Gen products from AUIT and the company expects that it will be followed up over the next few months with orders on a country-by-country basis. Under the Agreement, AUIT will control all marketing and placement of products using Med Gen brand names as they exist now in the United States except for Snorenz(R), which is branded SnorAway(R) in most international markets. As reported earlier, Snorenz(R) is just now arriving in New Zealand under a private label.

Acceptance of our products in foreign markets requires patience and flexibility since government approval is necessary. In January we announced our commitment to build this business and, although it has been difficult at times, we are now showing major strides in achieving our goals. One such major achievement is this new relationship with AUIT.

Med Gen Announces Successful Launch of UNDIET(TM) Internet Program
Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MGEN), manufacturers of the national brands Snorenz(R), snore relief throat spray, Painenz(R), roll on pain relief formula, Good Nights Sleep(R), sleep aid throat spray and UNDIET(TM) weight loss system, announced today that initial indications are that the company domain, http://www.undietsystem.com will be a huge success. Company Chairman, Paul Kravitz, reported in discussions with trade sources that, "Losing weight is a very big and serious business and we are rolling up our sleeves, devoting money and all our expertise, making sure that we capture a significant portion of the estimated $60 billion market."

This is our chance! If the Hoodia pills, as reported, can cause 10, 15 or 25 pounds of weight loss in 30 days, how much more effective can our Appease(TM) and Simply Trim(TM) sprays be? Hoodia Gordonil, the natural, cactus like plant, used by the San Indians of the Kalahari desert to stave off hunger and thirst and widely publicized by Oprah Winfrey, Leslie Stahl, nutritionists and users alike, for being the magic elixir that will cure the world's obesity problems...is now refined by Med Gen, using the extract from the plant and fortified with additions that will aid not only the loss of weight, but the feeling of well being and vitality. "What Med Gen has done is modify a Benz into a Lamborghini," Kravitz said.

"There is no question that our UNDIET(TM) System, with Spray's the way(TM) formulation, is a sure fire way to get the product into the body faster, more efficiently and without any degradation of ingredients. The full power of the product goes to work instantly and effectively. The company has priced UNDIET(TM) well below any competition and offers a full money back guarantee. For a limited time the company is offering a sizeable discount on its 3 bottle system for $49.95. Regular price is $69.95. Order at http://www.undietsystem.com. Start losing weight now!

Next PR is expected at the middle of the week

From their web site, http://www.medgen.com/stock.asp

a/s 2,500,000,000
o/s 167,838,127
float 136,681,737

Don't particularly care for the fact that they registered 150 million shares in late June, and in early June 'voted' to increase a/s from 500 million to 2.5 billion. Chart looks like it's getting deceptively ready, but start to think about this when pps gets around .008- and it probably goes lower than that.

Volume has been strong the last month, but that's probably largely due to increased share structure.

It's on my radar, but not gonna buy just yet.

Interesting. I just read the letter from the Chairmen and saw the comment about the shareholder who invested 100K three years ago. If the shareholder bought at the low that year ($6 pps) it would be worth a whopping $166.67 now. Man that would suck bad.

yea its due for a big bounce alright... that 10q pretty much killed everything the company has no profit, no revenue, and the debt is only increasing.

Posted by HT on :

I think the entry into weight loss market will be their ticket to success. The only thing is, i hope it not too late... I hope they can prove that their weight loss spray formula works. If that goes well, we'll be in dimes and quarters (I hope).

Posted by Grail7 on :

Looked at the 10-Q, makes me cringe a bit but to a person who loves charts and is heavy technical, this looks to apetizing. Was hoping to jump in by around .006 or lower, but guess its on its way back up again. Think we got maybe another day or so of accumulation, then we'll hit that spike that usually happens about every month. Good luck to us all.

Posted by juice on :

i hear ya HT, im looking short term. ive seen many stocks go up a ton even after the fact the 10Q sucks like crazy who cares. this stock will run because news can only be better then what we already saw and investor interest will be back for a short while. just a little and im out. imo never go in over your head, just dabble here and there... L2's look pretty sweet, yes chart looks like death but that can all change in an instant. GL whoever is playin...

But you win some and lose some, can't win em all, LOL

Posted by Fuzzy1018 on :

there's too much room for this to move up. .01+ by end of week

Posted by Hustla on :

You could be right fellas about the upwards movement to .01. I think I'll throw a meager 500 bucks in there and see what happens.

yep, and this company knows how to keep little momo like this going, looking at the past. News is needed bad here that shareholders will like. then it will ride back to .03 at least. they do have a product. more than most subpennies have

Posted by cactus33 on :

words getting out, im liking this.. hang on for the MOMO, lol

Posted by Grail7 on :

Got to watch this one early tomorrow. Might hit a huge quick spike early. Glad that other ppl are on this, was getting tired of trading posts with cactus for awhile...lol

Posted by cactus33 on :

oh thanks grail, lol

Posted by juice on :

Posted by Fuzzy1018 on :

I've been in and out of this one many times. There's no reason for it to be this low, imo we'll definatly go up and if v get some news then we'll fly like last time when there were news out

Posted by Fuzzy1018 on :

Gappin' .0086 * .0087

Posted by Grail7 on :

Anyone got the L2s on this? We slipped back in the .007s?

Posted by Fuzzy1018 on :

i did not chase juice; i'm in from yest. but still don't wha hppnd here; it gapped up and then dropped

Posted by Grail7 on :

Either, word spread and there are buyers at the 7s and ppl would just took the rough 40-50% gain, or just MM.

Posted by cactus33 on :

little shake, need news. still holding

Posted by Fuzzy1018 on :

we'll run again i think

Posted by Grail7 on :

I'm holding too, got in pretty low, but would rather take a gain and then buy again low if this is bouncing back down...let's hope this is just a slight pullback...L2s would be good right about now.

Posted by juice on :

shes comin back!

Posted by Fuzzy1018 on :

it was a bad shake

Posted by Fuzzy1018 on :

people are killin' the run by sellin' below the ask

Posted by cactus33 on :

hangin tough

Posted by Grail7 on :

Guess this is a nice slow progression...but as long as this is going up I'm fine, GLTA. That dip, for the most part was low volume, I mean below $50 orders, geez MMs.

Posted by Grail7 on :

Below .007? Now that's disappointing.

Posted by Grail7 on :

Back to the 1st floor, but its okay, at least it isn't the basement...

Posted by cactus33 on :

bottom again? maybe time to load up for the next run?

Posted by atleast on :

bunch of 100 & 200 signals. watching for direction

Posted by Fuzzy1018 on :

I've picked up some more shares today; IMO we'll start to move up soon. We won't stay at these levels for too long

Posted by cactus33 on :

the last financials said something about pulling out of a lot of stores and quit the shelf retail route, except albertsons. and switch to selling over the net and other ways. so maybe we'll see a nice website soon they can pr to show that they still want to do business. they need to get the hype of that one roll on headache stick they always run on fox news. then we'd see a 100 bagger, lol

Posted by Fuzzy1018 on :

any pr with some updates will make this fly

Posted by Grail7 on :

They can earn more by doing online. Just the rolloever is gonna take time and a bit of money. But it also cuts some operational costs.

Posted by HT on :

it looks like its moving anyone looking at this?

it keeps trying...

Posted by Grail7 on :

Seems we're stuck in the .007 area. Still green but I love upward trends.

Posted by cactus33 on :

time to load up again at the bid, lol

Posted by Grail7 on :

lol looks like you and me again cactus. Upside to this stock, you could technically make some money if you like to trade in a roughly .001 range.

Posted by cactus33 on :

yep, sorry grail , this is a world class dog right now, it will have its day, im holding in the red and pissed I bought this pos, it will come back, just have to wait..

Posted by maumee river rat on :

cactus.....

You are a true Diehard!!!

Hang in there....

Posted by Grail7 on :

LOL, i'm actually in the red now, but its just mostly commission. Think we'll have a nice week next week, or at least, if you buy at around these levels, a decent 25% profit at least. Had some pretty good expectations with this. I just think that we're going through a bit of a shift in the markets. Much like those Stem Cells.

o/s 191,988,127
float 156,098,337

increase in o/s of 25 millon in two weeks...

yep figures, so 40% the lessor of .04 huh, then what are we doing down here, lol

are they done...

Posted by cactus33 on :

still, float isnt that big to be at these levels, looks like the combo of hyped dilution and sell-off dragged this undervalued. looking for a dip next week then a gap up.

hope so, too much in this pos...

Ive seen worse AS and OS, and pps was much higher. investors bailed because of the uncertainty factor. Dip monday then is gets on its feet, we'll see if im right..

Think nobody wants to set this thing straight until some positive PR. Think we wait and see if it busts below that resistance level of .005.

Posted by dinner42 on :

Supply and demand delution is occuring a bit more than usual in several ticks in similar phases. Positive PR is great, but getting the desired results based on fundamentals and coming up under valued is a puzzle we all ponder. Is the volume of short traders having an impact on the PPS rise to extent that it becomes a weight draging effect on companies that deserve better?

Here's to getting in early and having the temarity to ride it out.

dinner.

Posted by cactus33 on :

at least there is some more clarity, and investors like that.

.005 may be the low, but more likely it will bottmom at .006, so anything under 6 may be a good play.

never know though....
