The final completion of their last two acquisitions and news should be forth coming any day now. Upcoming acquisitions of another 2-3 companies are expected before year end. Charting showing a bottom bounce and slow accumulation at this support level. I would expect an easy flip for those who are looking to get in and out once news is announced.

This deal brings 7 million in revenue to the table this year:

ARLINGTON, Va., March 7, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Homeland Security Capital Corp. (HMSC), a company focused on acquiring, developing and consolidating homeland security-related businesses, announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Milwaukee-based SecurityInc, a single-source manufacturer of active radio frequency identification (RFID) enabled security solutions for commercial and government sectors. SecurityInc markets its products through an established network of system integrators.

The acquisition, which is subject to negotiation and execution of binding definitive documents, satisfaction of certain material conditions precedent and other ordinary and customary closing conditions for a transaction of this type, is anticipated to close before the end of Homeland Security Capital Corp.'s second quarter. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

C. Thomas McMillen, Homeland Security Capital chairman and CEO, said, "With its experienced management team, SecurityInc is particularly well positioned to capitalize on the fast-growing RFID solutions sector, which is expected to exceed $4.4 billion in sales by 2008. SecurityInc's three component companies generated approximately $3 million in revenues in 2005 serving a variety of industries. With over 1,000 installed systems, SecurityInc has one of the largest installed bases of active RFID product solutions in the U.S. We believe the company and its subsidiaries will be an outstanding platform to build a significant RFID-enabled security company in a highly fragmented industry. We expect this new consolidation deal will generate more than $7 million in the first 12 months."

This deal brings another 9 million to the table in revenue this year:

ARLINGTON, Va., March 9, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Homeland Security Capital Corp. (HMSC), a company focused on acquiring, developing and consolidating homeland security-related businesses, announced today that its subsidiary, Nexus Technologies Group, Inc. (http://www.nexusna.com) has signed a letter of intent to acquire Viscom Systems, Inc. (http://viscomsystems.com), a security integrator based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

The acquisition, which is subject to negotiation and execution of binding definitive documents, satisfaction of certain material conditions precedent and other ordinary and customary closing conditions for a transaction of this type, is anticipated to close before the end of Homeland Security Capital Corp.'s second quarter.

Viscom is a New England systems integrator for the corporate and government security markets with revenues in excess of $8.0 million for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2005.

Viscom was established in 1986 and has grown to over 35 employees. The company provides turnkey security systems integration in the greater New England area, with prestigious customer names including Prudential Center, Fidelity Investments, MetLife and General Electric.

C. Thomas McMillen, Homeland Security Capital chairman and CEO said, "This is an important step in our growth strategy. The combination of Viscom, a very successful New England security integrator, with our mid-Atlantic platform company Nexus Technologies, would provide greater geographic reach while enhancing shareholder value. We expect this acquisition will generate more than $9 million in 2006 revenue."

This deal brings in another 9 million in revenue plus the second project that should well exceed that. With these three alone, expect to see upwards of nearly 30-39 million in revenue for HMSC this year!!!! Not bad for a sub penny stock that is just getting underway.

ARLINGTON, Va., March 16, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Homeland Security Capital Corp. (HMSC), a company focused on acquiring, developing and consolidating homeland security-related businesses, announced today that its subsidiary Nexus Technologies Group has secured two new projects valued at a total of approximately $9 million.

The first, valued at approximately $3 million, is with Commerce Bank, based in Cherry Hill, N.J., for security installations at its 39 new Connecticut and New York branches. Scheduled for completion by Dec. 31, the company will install a sophisticated surveillance system and alarm system.

C. Thomas McMillen, Homeland Security Capital chairman and CEO, said, "This project calls for significant attention to detail and coordination as aesthetics play a crucial role in the bank's overall marketing strategy. This regional branch roll-out will certainly highlight the strength and versatility of our project management staff."

The second project, valued at nearly $6 million, is for a state-run psychiatric hospital in North Central New Jersey, one of six psychiatric facilities that make up the New Jersey Division of Mental Health. Nexus will install a surveillance system, access control, bi-directional antenna system, fire alarm, telecommunications and fully redundant programmable logic controller. A project completion date has not yet been set.

Wrong......2 billion outstanding as insiders hold the other 2 billion shares! Might want to do some research before posting [Razz] 2 Billion shares outstanding was used to make acquisitions per shareholder voting. Once the company starts bringing in revenue which will be instant this year, expect to see share buybacks and retirements forth coming.

It appears to be loaded with shortcomings, but which penny doesn't. I think we can all pull any of them apart based on fundamentals, O/S, and share structure. How often have we seen stocks with Billions O/S run, especially pinks where it is more difficult to tell manipulation, or normal selling pressure from dilution. At least we have a reporting company here, where dilution is more readily visible. Grant it, the O/S is barely managable, but for reason, (aquisistions).
From the looks of today's volume compared to averages, along with the price decline, (note : it has been around .0015 for a good while, consolidating, and we see a close on the Bid of .0012, and an Ask of .0014. The Ask not far from recent avg, price of .0015). It's not going make you rich or be a ten bagger, but based on the numbers,(vol & pps), it can make you some quick money.

CHART : http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=HMSC&p=D&yr=0&mn=11&dy=0&id=p57996650830

Bumped its head on the 50-Day. Lot of cheap shares were collected since the run in Mid-March. I see a lot of red candles and bars. Last run started in Dec '05, at .001 and topped out at .0049. We just saw .0011 a couple a days ago, and now see the reversal today. Yes it is a short white candle not a lot of buying pressure, but more than this one has seen in a long while.

All it needs is a little news. Anything at all, something as simple as they found the address to Homeland Security would do it.

No arguement there. The 4B O/S is ugly. I don't suggest this is a long term investment. If you read my earlier post of July 31 you will see I readily admit it has shortcomings. I also alerted everyone to the .0012, price. You could have sold today at .0017 or .0018, yielding you a 40 to 50 % gain. I elected to hold it for a a little longer.

My earlier post :

"It appears to be loaded with shortcomings, but which penny doesn't. I think we can all pull any of them apart based on fundamentals, O/S, and share structure. I played this back in late Feb, early March when it went from .0019 to .0049. I think I played it from around .0023 to .0040. It was good. Not in it right now, but GLTA.

I won't be in it long greenman. No pump here, it's a pos with that O/S at 4B, but it looked like it could pop for a double. I don't try to glorify any of my picks, I don't put lipstick on a pig. The fact that is "utterly diluted", was out there in my post for anyone to read. The fact that it went from .0012 to .0019 is also out there. If it does nothing else, it has fulfilled my expectations already. From .0012 to HOD of .0019, is a quick 58%. Profit is profit.

Yesterday I watched while they ran a different pig, from .0004 to .0008. Saw big buys at .0005, and equally big sells at .0007. One poster admitted to buying at .0005 and selling at .0007, while that might not be a generally accepted stradegy, some do play for the quick in and out. It was QVRI a pink, with probably a couple billion O/S. at least this one isn't pink, you know the O/S and can see dilution.

I'm a long term holder as I know this stock will eventually end up higher than HISC which went from sub penny to penny. Keep in mind, HISC has a heavy float too but yet maintains it's penny status. Regardless, this is only the start as I'm sure this is anticipated running on soon to be upcoming news which should roll us to .004 land.

That conference call on the 15th is to let us all know that the companies revenue is going green this year. We all see penny stocks with 3-5 million in revenue trading from .01 to .10 so it makes one wonder where we will be at 30-36 million per year in revenue by years end??? At .002 or really anything below a penny is a steal in my book.

Posted by Rules on :

It is surprising that more here are not on this one as this company is solid with acquisitions and incoming revenue to push HMSC towards pennyland. Easy money as we should be in the .003's before the 15th earnings conference.
