IFLB On OTCBB Naked Short Threshold List

On List Off List # Days

January 23, 2006 January 31, 2006 7
March 27, 2006 April 10, 2006 11

Infinium Labs Inc. has been on the OTCBB Naked Short Threshold list 3 times. Brokerage firms have been out of compliance with Regulation SHO once regarding IFLB. Regulation SHO took effect January 3, 2005, and provides a new regulatory framework governing short selling of securities. It was designed with the objective of simplifying and modernizing short sale regulation and providing controls where they are most needed. At the conclusion of each settlement day, data is provided on securities in which: 1) there are at least 10,000 shares in aggregate failed deliveries for the security for five consecutive settlement days, and 2) these failures constitute at least 0.5% of the issuer's total shares outstanding. SEC Regulation SHO, under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, mandates that, if a clearing agent has had a fail-to-deliver position for 13 consecutive settlement days, that clearing agent, and the broker/dealer it clears for, must purchase securities to close out its fail to deliver position.

Hey guys i had another thread on IFLB going for the past couple of days. Me and some other buds were in sub .02.

IFLB is experiencing a post dilution (S8) run. The S8 was for 30M and was being diluted by TASL. I wasnt here this morning but i heard that TASL was off the ask which allowed it to run. TASL is currently back on the ask, whether he really is diluting again who knows, but it is scaring people off again.

So just an FYI keep an eye on TASL on the ask.

Im not a basher or pumper. I was in at .02, out at .0249. Took my 25%. This could easily go to .03 if TASL lets it. Good luck to all and this the big mover of the day so far

Posted by Johnwayne on :

Thanks Miller -
Can somebody with current level 2 keep us posted
on TASL's movement?

Posted by juice on :

.0237 - TASL inside ask
.024 x 2
.0241 x 1
.025 x 3

Posted by lostone on :

damn TASL
any opinions on what will the most likely scenario for IFLB today?

Posted by juice on :

TASL off, jumped to .0244
see if we can move here...

Posted by MillerTIME on :

TASL off the ask. Movin up pretty quickly now.

Posted by MillerTIME on :

WOW, watch it go when he goes off the ask. LMAO, its hilarious. Im glad for ya guys.

Currently TASL at .0244. I am almost willing to bet that is a fake ask in essence, meaning that he will probably not sell much and will move back to around .025+ so that it can break .025

Posted by lostone on :

anyone know if those buyins reports ever reach their squeeze trigger prices

Interesting .. We did High 0.24 Low 0.0024 and we're waiting at 0.247 resistance... I looked at the regression line analysis and it exactly matches these numbers.. Seems like they're verifiying these bottom and top regression points to determine the target trend.

Here is they document.

Expect major announcements at E3 expo. They use Microsoft products, so it could be related to Microsoft. Infinium has a great gaming console. It's a PC version of a game console. It will be an PC alternative to Xbox 360. I believe if they work with XBOX live service which they can, this stock can move really really high.

PC Gamers can get a premium peripheral that enhances the gaming experience

I'm still in (in fact, I got some more at these levels)....think they have potential with the anticipation of their phantom lapboard due out soon and the possibility of working with XBOX. That, plus it seems to have formed a solid base here at .018-.019 and it still appears oversold at this level, I'm not yet ready to give up on this one. IMHO, this stock is a good hold for a while. Thoughts?
