State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date : 65,537,640 as at January 16, 2006
With a low O/S, all this needs is volume of a million or so, and it will do nicely. .017 / .019 looked to be bottom, and it was taken down from .04. No more time left to watch, it's buying time, if you're comfortable with what you see.

Trust the MMs' ability to pump. Google got tons of rev, but the MMs wanted the cheap shares, so they pulled the pps down. Now the MMs got tons of PFMS's shares, they will raise the pps to unload their inventory. Just give them a few weeks. Watch it.

I understand your concern, I saw that also, but chose not to post it, but did furnish the link to the website you saw that on. You can choose not to participate in it, and anyone else can make there investment decision based on that issue. The numbers says it runs soon, that's all I can tell you, maybe news is coming, maybe a new business direction, who knows? When the UHV says a stock is ready and I see bad or weak news I think of SCRH. SCRH president and other executives where indicted for federal income tax fraud on 2/7,(An 8K was filed on 2/13), and the stock fell from .012 to a low of .0075 on 2/16, on 3/13 it had a HOD of .0135. So even in the face of terribly NEGATVE news they ran the stock 80% in about 15 trading days. I'm happy with 40 - 50 %, most of the time. I didn't play SCRH, too scary for me, but the UHV told us it would run, but I chose logic over faith, and missed out on profits.
I think by now most people realize that Jim and/or I do not pump plays or stocks, we just furnish information. It is always up to the individual to make his/her own investing decision. PFMS will run with or without anyone who reads this buying it. It is not a matter of if PFMS will run, now the only questions are, when will PFMS run, and how hard will PFMS run. The MM's will make their money back. We have had many picks, few did nothing, some ran over 100% - 500%, few ran 1000%+, and I don't recal any tanking, some took their sweet time, but eventually did move North.

A full blown reversal right before our very own eyes.
Does it look like this sleeping Giant is about to wake up? L2's on the ask are showing 1 at .014, .015, .016, .018, .019, .0199, .02, .025, 2 at .03 , 1 at .04, .05, .08 and so on..On the bid, the wall is at .01 with 1 at .0101 and 1 at .013..
