When the MACD Oscillator is above the zero line, conventional wisdom interprets this as a bullish signal, and conversely, when the histogram is below the zero line this is interpreted as a bearish signal. As soon as they go into production "the ceo said very soon" this stock touches the 52 week high again ".50". At this level the market cap is only $747,500. I can't even imagine a company with a revolutionary technology with extracting from tar sands selling at these levels.

The key thing for this stock will simply be volume. I think we will see positive things with the volume we have in a slow progressively higher movement. Even if we closed right here, the candle chart would be amazing. A large white bodied candle (yesterday) with a small upper shadow (the wick), confirmed by another white bodied candle closing a bit higher. That does wonders for investor confidence. If we get exceptional volume, with as low as the float is, it could move, and move with speed.

Yea, the key to this stock is volume, the spread is good and wide and can move very very quickly. Closing above the open today is so bullish after yesterday's big run. We REALLY want to see that, this extra upwards move is all gravy.

JUST TALKED WITH THE CEO, asked him for clarification on what he means by "possible" field test, as well as how the patent progress is going. This is his reply to my e-mail: "First the word possible should not be there and we will rectify that next
week as well we will be making annoucements in regard to patents." WE GOT PR COMING BOYS! I think this bodes very well for upcoming announcements.

Oil Sands are deposits of bitumen, a molasses-like viscous oil that will not flow unless heated or diluted with lighter hydrocarbons. They are contained in three major areas beneath 140,800 square kilometres of north-eastern Alberta - an area larger than the state of Florida, an area twice the size of New Brunswick, more than four and half times the size of Vancouver Island, and 26 times larger than Prince Edward Island. However, only about two per cent of the initial established resource has been produced to date.

Alberta Energy encourages the responsible development of these extensive deposits through planning and liaison with government, industry and communities to ensure a competitive royalty regime that is attractive to investors, appropriate regulations and environmental protection and the management of Crown rights to oil sands while taking into account some of the barriers - higher technological risk and higher capital costs - faced by oil sands developers.

Alberta's oil sands industry is the result of multi-billion-dollar investments in infrastructure and technology required to develop the non-conventional resource. In the last five years alone, industry has allocated $24.7 billion towards oil sands development.

In 2003 Alberta's oil sands were the source of about 52.7 per cent of the province's total crude oil and equivalent production and about 34.8 per cent of all crude oil and equivalent produced in Canada. Over the last three fiscal years, from 2001/2002 to 2003/2004, oil sands development returned $565 million to Albertans in the form of royalties paid to the provincial government.

Annual oil sands production is growing steadily as the industry matures. Output of marketable oil sands production increased to 858,000 barrels per day (bbl/d) in 2003, up from 741,000 bbl/d the year before. It is anticipated that in 2005, Alberta's oil sands production may account for one-half of Canada's total crude output and 10 per cent of North American production. It is also predicted that the oil sands will create tens of thousands of new jobs across Canada by 2012.

Development of Alberta's oil sands resources represents a triumph of technological innovation. Over the years, government and industry have worked together to find innovative and economic ways to extract and process the oil sands and energy research is more important today than ever before. Working through the Alberta Energy Research Institute, the Alberta government is committed to a collaborative approach to spur new technology and innovation programs that will reduce the impact of greenhouse gases and other emissions, and reduce the consumption of water and gas.

Invester, do you think it may pull back to .0019/.0020, before it starts back up again? I bought a little (300000 shares) at .0009. Hoping for an entry under .0020 to load more up. I can't believe how low the float is, most companies would take full advantage and dump in more shares while people are buying. Cramer has spoke several times about how Alberta is the key to riches for many small companies.

Morning all. I think the float will shrink this week and the PPS will grow. I'm in and waiting for the patent news! Good luck to all. I also e-mailed the Company and was told the float was only 325,000,000. Big things on the way for this one.

Preliminary testing of the process has yielded excellent results, and the company believes that its process is ready for commercial use. KSW Industries EM-100 does not require the use of any harmful chemicals, release any harmful gases and does not discharge any negative effluent into the environment.

Looks to open higher. The patent should be out soon. Its strange to me that people have to wait until after the Press Release to buy. With a float of 325m, this stock will be difficult to get into at these levels. This is the best Alberta Canada Oil Tar Sands play out there. Also, I was looking on my handheld, and it states that the 52 week high is $1.10, but another site states .50. A little clarity?

Investor,

After considering all the facts and potential here (DD), I finally bought in today at .0022

I considered getting in last Wed., but bought more RHSN instead. Ouch, the next day KSWJ was up over 158%. That hurt. Anyway, have been cautiously waiting for the price to come down to buy in.

Also, got to thinking about all the other applications this tech, could be applied to not only in the oil industry, but medical as well. How about biodiesel? The potential earnings for this company staggers the imagination.This could get interesting real quick !!!

This thing was hovering in the .15 to .20 range just 6 months ago when they pulled a 1 for 1000 R/S.

What was the share count back then?
If we are only 325,000,000 as noted by several, and this company actually now has a product (EM-100) this is going to .10!

And it was .15 to .20 for several months, so this isn't no fluke!

If this is anything like my SFAD back 10 years ago going from .015 to .55 in 2 months, I will consider retiring.

It states that they applied for it. Judging from the conversation with the CEO, it looks to be a lock. This stock goes much higher. I honestly see it around the 52 week high ".50" within a year. 500k per million.

KSWJ will be running and not looking back soon. I think this will go up and up in the next 30 days. The big news comes out for KSWJ and it will be very hard to catch. RSHN is another that's going to be hard to catch also. They will both run like striped bass in Gloucester Harbor in Massachusetts on a full moon night in June.

I wonder how much the demand is for this product in particular. Not being an oil exploration expert I can only guess that its at least as good as the next guys. Good for the environment.

I have to say that I was slightly disappointed with the PR on Friday in KSWJ. It states:

The word intending disappoints me. The CEO eluded that there was big news on the horizon. A patent like this could take a year or more to close now. I think this will go sideways for a while, barring any major news they put out. I think RSHN goes higher on the short term faster than KSWJ. I have cut my holdings in half. It is still a great stock, it is just going to take a little longer than previously though.

I'm not an attorney, but does the patent really have to be approved to be useful? I've seen the words "Patent Pending" on many products and services before. If they truly have something unique and they apply, that's all that counts (I believe)...if it's not unique than nothing matters, this stock would be worthless.

I agree with you, but stocks move off of good, and bad news. I felt that this particular PR was not in there favor. I think some investors might also see it this way. I don't want to hold the bag. I bought at .001, so have done well. I just wanted to take a little off the table. I think it ultimately goes higher though. I still have 15m long. RSHN has better short term prospects for me. Thanks.

Lesson 1 I learned from investing:
DON'T CHASE!

I saw this stock when it had its huge gain the other day. I've been burned in the past from chasing similar things (GRMU and DVFN). Both plays I ended up selling for a loss.

The only way to stop your bleeding is to stop cutting yourself.
Once the attention on a stock like this is gone, it's gone. I'm glad I stayed away from this play.

My advice (for the little it's worth): Work as hard as you can to find a successful play that hasn't happened yet. RSHN's actually got slow-moving gains continuously. Sell your shares of this and get into something like RSHN and you'll make your loss back in no time.
That's what I did with GRMU and my DDSI shares that were doing nothing for me but draining my account. Took a $700 loss, and then with my proceeds turned around and made $2k between Friday and Monday alone.


Just thought I'd share.
