(OTC: SRSM) (www.SmartSMSCorp.com) announces today that the Company signed an agreement on February 3, 2006 with Newman Investments Ltd. for the purchase of 100 million shares of SRSM for a total of $3,500,000.00, subject to due diligence and securities registration.
