IBAC Corporation President & CEO Completes Share Purchase

NEW YORK, Jan 10, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IBAC Corporation (ICAN.PK) today announced that Edward W Hayter President & CEO has completed the previously announced purchase of IBAC shares for his personal portfolio and will continue to purchase additional shares.
Mr. Hayter said, "I have strong confidence in IBAC and believe, given our prospects and current assets & revenues our stock is undervalued and I intend to accumulate additional shares, in addition to the previous purchases on the open market."

If he was the one buying hopefully he has the common sense to PR a Share Retirement on them.
