(Pink Sheets:HMSG) announced today that the Gulf States Security Alliance (GSSA) business division has signed security contracts to provide security for public utility crews attempting to restore power and repair downed lines in the aftermath of Hurricane Rita. Operating under a FEMA contract, utility crews in the Beaumont and Port Arthur, Texas areas are working 24/7 to restore electrical power to the region. GSSA member agencies have been contracted to provide physical security for personnel and equipment assigned to this effort. The management team from HMSG has made numerous trips to the region to meet with member agencies and conduct security for emergency response units. HMSG has also conducted meetings with local, state and federal emergency management agencies and has participated in briefings with officials at emergency command posts established to oversee relief efforts in the aftermath of recent hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

It takes a strong stomach to play sub-pennies; you have to expect a shakedown to cause panic among weak players. I know quite a few holders of this stock (not bagholders either - we are in much lower than current prices) - I wouldn't play this short-term, though (unless it spiked up a couple of hundred percentage points - cause you know what happens THEN - the slow 'death spiral of manipulation' until HMSG settles once more - I would definitely take some profits - I'd be an idiot Not to take profits).

Homeland Security Group International's Security Division Signs Additional Nationwide Contracts; Security Division Projects Monthly Revenues of $50,000.00
DEL MAR, Calif., Nov 15, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Homeland Security Group International (Pink Sheets:HMSG), announced today that its security division has signed six new annual contracts for northern California and seven other nationwide contracts for a total of thirteen new nationwide accounts. HMSG projects monthly revenues in excess of $50,000.00 from new accounts by end of year. Additionally, HMSG announced they will be providing security from California to Virginia for the December third nationwide grand-opening of Marianne and Ashley Stewart stores.
