any reason you think this will go up today?

lots of volume this morning, but so far appears to be Profit takers.

Posted by USF11 on :

From another Board:
Good afternoon. Here is a little more detail on APOLLO RESOURCES.

Fundamentals (all as of quarter ended 3/31/05):

Cash: $55,500
Total Assets: $18.4M (most of it property and equipment)
Total Liabilities: $5.9M
Outstanding: Appx 51,000,000 (Source: All Filings)
3mo Revenue: $141,000

What's with the volume?

The senate bipartisanly approved (can you believe it?), 74-26, the
energy bill on July 29. This bill will contain significant economic
benefits for, among other things, traditional oil and gas production
as well as biodiesel fuels, which AOOR can dually reap the benefits
from.

It is expected the President will sign this legislation next week,
and
perhaps some of the volume into AOOR is speculation about the
economic
impact it may have on the company.

Biodiesel Has Promise..

from AOOR PR:
Current plans call for Earth Biofuels to establish 170 retail
station
outlets under the 'Earth Biofuels' brand, 90% of which will be under
franchise. Franchise arrangements are in process, with the first 25
official stations set to open under the new banner within 90 days.
Pumps at all station outlets will sell Earth Biofuels biodiesel fuel
in addition to regular diesel, and 60% to 70% of the stations will
sell Earth Biofuels biodiesel fuel only.

"We expect to meet our goal of 170 stations by the end of 2006, with
about 20 of those company-owned," continued Mr. Johnson. "Our
biodiesel retail growth plan calls for initial expansion in
Mississippi and Oklahoma, and then to other states where we have a
presence. The acquisition of a major truck stop on a major highway
in
Mississippi is a significant step for Earth Biofuels."

American Bulls has AOOR as a confirmed buy on monday. If it breaks thru that .54 cents level I think it will charge towards the 52 Week high of $2.37. Also the volume Friday was the 3rd highest in the companies history & there is a major energy bill to be signed on monday. * Dont be surprised if more insider buying took place on friday* The SEC forms do not get posted until after the fact. ALL ABOARD!!!
