If you have margin...you don't have to use their money.....it gives you ability to not wait for your funds to settle to buy in another

On a margin account you not have to borrow if you do not want to. However, you do have greater flexibility in your trading activity. You are allowed 3 day trades (sell and buy stock same day) in a 5 day window and you do not have to wait for your account to settle.

yeah, i understand that, just the fact that if i lose it, its gonna hurt cause i have to pay back the principle plus interst of 6percent. BTW, look at CWLC! OMG! it just went off!

I think you missed the point.
With a margin account you do NOT have to borrow and you do NOT have to wait for your funds to settle.

The 3 roundtrip law in a 5 business day period applies if you have less than 25 grand in your account otherwise you can trade 100+ times in a week
