I think this stock is a DOG, Its my opinion but it doesnt look strong to this newbie.

Hope you got in, its back up to .0016. the drop may just have been a shakedown by the MMs

Close up to .0015 on friday with relatively little volume. One would think there are not many sellers left under this mark (shakedown over). Hopefully a little support at this level. A turn-around next week?? Some news would be good, but I'm holding!

if it had more volume i would have possibly tried getting it around .001 or lower. but with the low volume absed on its price-it may be too hard to get in and out right now. USCI, QBID, and PCBM are the cheap ones i'm watching. USCI's chart is similar to PCRC--had a big suge and has tumbled back down. looks like it be be bottomed out around .001. QBID and PCBM have started to take off--we'll see how high they can go
