Saw this on IHub, so take a look yourself if you're in this, but it seems like the SEC is checking into "accounting practices", which is never a good thing.
"Receivables Billed for Others, page F-7 3. Please tell us why you believe it is appropriate to record receivables billed for others. Refer to your basis in accounting literature."

a/c is heading in the opposite direction from the volume and s/p...looks more like a dilution than a pump. Pink sheets has no info on the o/s or float either...

This has turned into a great flipping stock--consistently dipping in the morning and bouncing back in the afternoon. Also, the chart is forming a bullish pennant and it's going to bust through at any moment. Also, FWIW, rumors of buyout of this undervalued stock.

Agreed! IMO, there is still plenty of running room. This was trading at $1.60 earlier this year and dropped mostly on management inattention to the share price--it's a recent IPO of a private company and they haven't promoted it. It's not going back to $1.60, but it should be high above where it is.
Also, COPI consistently runs into the close so there should be less than normal worries about getting in now when it's already up 45% on the day.

Don't worry, HB. COPI jumped too fast today. A little dip will attract more bargain hunters tomorrow. Trust the MMs' ability to handle it - they have great interest to see the pps raise to fair value. It's still very undervalued now.

I would have been happy with .012 - .016 is amazing - COPI is running just like SWVC... All those that flipped at .016 there, missed the big bucks, just like those that flipped at .015 or lower here probably have done!
