Curon Medical was founded in 1997. It was formerly known as Conway-Stuart Medical, Inc. and changed its name to Curon Medical, Inc. in 2000. Curon Medical is headquartered in Fremont, California. With 43.35 million shares outstanding and 55,827 shares declared short as of April 2006, the failure to deliver in shares of CURN has not been resolved and a buy-in is imminent."

loki, why do you think this one is dropping off so bad? Looks like a perfect time to buy, but theres got to be some reason for the price decline
