This kind of news makes me want to stay away. They've now increased the O/S by at least 5B. NOTE: That does not change the float as WIN will hold all of those. However, they can sell at any time.
In short, I don't see this as a winner PR for DCUT. I might check out WIN though.

I was just looking up dcut up when I came across your posts. I came across the following just in case you are interested. I plan on emailing them and asking for sure what the OS and float is. If I don't get a reply I'm going to call them and ask them.. The hard part is doing it during the day. If any one gets a chance before I do feel free to post it so I know for sure. Which if I did decide to play this makes a BIG difference on the way I would plan it out! I hope this is useful to you! http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2008 For further information about this release and the business at DICUT, INC. contact the information agent, Rich Kaiser, YES INTERNATIONAL at # 1-800-631-8127, for DICUT, INC. If DCUT are buying the company for $1M in DCUT shares, they need to come up with at least 5B shares (cost/pps = 1,000,000/.0002). I don't see any other way around it.
I played DCUT several months ago when it was bouncing back and forth between the low and high .000s. I don't see this working out well for any share holders, but I am curious about the O/S, float, and their plan to pay for the company.
