Very interesting business model. They have centers where you drop off an item you want auctioned on ebay. From their website:

And that's just registering with eBay and PayPal. After you get that done there are still another 30 + steps left to selling your item.

Orbit Drop Inc. (Pink Sheets:OBDP) has kicked off the first stage of communications with potential Area Developers.
Today Orbit Drop began signing letters of intent with potential area developers. This letter of intent allows Orbit Drop to begin the clarification process of potential area developers, while offering the potential area developer the first right of refusal in their designated areas.
Each area developer represents 15 stores and must own and operate 1 store while developing another 14 stores in their designated protected area.
To date OBDP has received information requests for 441 area developers (15 stores per area developer) representing a potential of 6,615 franchises around the globe.

No reasons, seems to be financial manipulations...I got that behavior with other stocks when aggressive buy/sell very short position from financial institutions. It's my opinion...

Thanks for the input, I took a walk and feel better. I knew I would be in this for the long term, just had to remind myself of how patience is golden, hopefully platinum in this case, we'll see....
