IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 16, 2005-- China Media1 Corp. (OTCBB:CMDA), an owner and operator of premier China advertising media assets, announced that the Company's Guangzhou MTR (Subway) Pillar Advertising Project has received from China McDonald's a one-station introductory contract. Mr. Hanxiong (Adrian) Cai, China Media1 President, commented, "McDonald's currently owns and operates 600 outlets in China will start franchising soon. Their expansion is a testament to the growing consumer sector in China. Our contract with the world's largest fast food restaurant is an exceptional opportunity for our organization."
This contract was signed through a prominent Guangzhou-based advertising company. They have as their clients, well-known household national, as well as international brand names. The same advertising company has signed a letter of intent to take 70 of the Company's 100 scrolling light boxes at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport once they are ready. Their plan is to only offer the space to a limited select group of clients in consideration of the location and exclusive nature of the product.
