TULSA, Okla., Dec 20, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- 3DIcon Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: TDCP), a communications development company, today announced that it has submitted its 2002 and 2003 audited financial statements to Standard & Poor's. Additionally, 3DIcon expects to post its year-end 2004 shareholder letter on S&P's website by December 31.

"We've been fairly quiet in 2004 while we fashioned the infrastructure," said 3DIcon CEO Martin Keating. "From our financials and focused business planning to our initial work with the University of Oklahoma (OU), we've been quite busy. There are a few more details to work on during the first quarter of 2005, such as our long-neglected website, but we're about ready for prime time." 3DIcon earlier announced that it would proceed with Phase II with OU's School of Electrical & Computer Engineering, at the university's Tulsa campus. "If we're right," Keating added, "the next 18 months could prove revolutionary indeed. If we can develop a system that would provide transmissions of real- time, 360-degree, full-color holographic images to businesses and homes worldwide, it would change the communications industry forever."

A 3DIcon-OU news conference will be held on the OU-Tulsa campus during January, 2005. Details will be announced.
