Roanoke Technology Corp. Announces Affiliate Partnership with Cardservice International Agency Office

ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C. --(Business Wire)-- Feb. 19, 2004 Roanoke Technology Corp. (OTCBB:RNKE) announced today that it has entered into an Affiliate Agreement with CSI - Raleigh, one of the largest independently owned Agency Offices of Cardservice International, Inc. in the United States.
