Over 10 cents board seems dead in comparison, please give some honest opinion on this stock...thanks!

Take a look at this company - should be trading above its current levels, especially with o/s and float. Still trying to get discovered and once it does...I believe this will go over $1. Do your homewk...you'll find there is no more than 22 mil o/s and about 11 mil float!

Tech Laboratories, Inc. Introduces DynaTrax(TM) Enterprise Management System (DEMS) To Thwart Cyber Terrorists
Wednesday January 28, 9:03 am ET
Software/Hardware System Provides Positive Access Security

NORTH HALEDON, N.J., Jan. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tech Laboratories, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCHL - News) announced today it has introduced DynaTraX(TM) Enterprise Management System (DEMS) to thwart the increasing threat posed by cyber terrorists. This software/hardware system provides the ultimate in positive access security.
The Company said networks that rely on keys, passwords, IDs and reporting intruder attacks to a network manager for access security are at risk for being hacked.

"In today's world of high-powered PCs and sophisticated computer users, hackers have proven over and over these tools do not provide enough protection because they will and do overcome logical access security methods to hack their way into private networks," said Bernard M. Ciongoli, president of Tech Laboratories, Inc. "DEMs, Positive Access Security Control, can stop hackers before they get deep into your network and do damage."

According to Ciongoli, once your access security system detects a hacker to be online, DEMS/DynatrX(TM) switch disconnects the circuit they're using to access network resources quickly and without letting the hacker know he's been detected. He said the DEMS can be programmed to simultaneously reconnect the hackers circuit to a "honey pot" network simulator system, leading the hacker to believe he has gained access to the network. Ciongoli said once in the honey pot, the hacker can be traced and located.

"As recently as yesterday, hackers created havoc by spreading an e-mail virus that clogged computer networks around the nation," said Ciongoli. "Any network protected by DEMs would have been protected from such an attack."

Tech Laboratories, Inc. Introduces the DynaTraX(TM) 'Virtual Technician' To Provide Autonomic Self-Healing and Self-Managing of Network Technologies
Monday February 2, 9:00 am ET
The DynaTraX(TM) Virtual Technician Eliminates the Need to Dispatch Technical Personnel to a Site to Respond to Configuration/Reconfiguration Needs, Connectivity and Critical Failures

NORTH HALEDON, N.J., Feb. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tech Laboratories, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCHL - News) announced today its DynaTraX(TM) Virtual Technician, which provides autonomic self-healing and self-managing of network technologies, is available for distribution.
The DynaTraX(TM) hardware system, an intelligent, physical-layer configuration cross-connect "matrix" control system, is positioned between the network equipment and the delivery distribution sides. The Virtual Technician as an enterprise management solution, monitors local and remote networks for anomalies associated with intrusions/hackers and network failures. Instructions are sent to a DynaTraX(TM) unit based on that specific alarm, providing automation of the healing process at the physical layer.

"Traditional network enterprise management system providers have successfully responded to most administrative, security management and monitoring activities," said Bernard M. Ciongoli, president of Tech Laboratories. "However, without dispatching technical personnel to the site, these same systems fall short when it is necessary to physically isolate, rearrange or quickly respond to a need for replacing and blocking defective circuits and equipment - quickly recovering from a crucial failure. Additionally, traditional systems lag when it comes to automatically maintaining up-to-date records for rearranged network assets, user information and configuration connectivity assignments. Performing all of these critical physical layer activities, using present day network enterprise management system scenarios, is at best a timely and expensive process, usually requiring on-site manual intervention to accomplish physical layer tasks of network maintenance activities. The Virtual Technician is a cost-effective and efficient solution to this problem."

The Company recently announced the introduction of DynaTraX(TM) Enterprise Management System (DEMS) to thwart the increasing threat posed by cyber terrorists. This software/hardware system provides the ultimate in positive access security.

Tech Laboratories, Inc. Says Its Recently Introduced DynaTrax(TM) Virtual Technician Can Help Automate VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol)
Wednesday February 11, 11:04 am ET

NORTH HALEDON, N.J., Feb. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tech Laboratories, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCHL - News) announced today its recently introduced DynaTraX(TM) digital switch matrix, "Virtual Technician", when placed in a digital VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) network can automate IT infrastructure/reconfiguration for both service providers and digital phone users.
The DynaTraX(TM) placed between the VoIP network equipment and IP phone users allows quick connectivity of IP phone stations to network assets automatically without human intervention.

Bernard M. Ciongoli, president of Tech Laboratories, Inc., said, "No longer do technical personnel need to enter a digital telephone closet. All connectivity or reconfiguration can be done from a management workstation. Branch office operations can be managed from either a remote or central office."

The Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) market already enjoys growth in the wide area network (WAN) and is positioned for robust growth in the enterprise.

I get asked this alot. Sorry, but my answer is always the same. My "entry" is "when it starts moving (trade/share volume)up and my "exit" is when it slows down. Kinda like microwave popcorn. When the poppin' slows down, get it out or it will get burned!!!
