This has popped up recently with news of a merger and take over by a company that I can't find any info on. Wondering if any good DD guys out there can dig anything up. I'm still a newbie at stocks so any help or advice would be appreciated. And I know all comments and advice are just opinion.
Here is the most recent PR...(or one of, there is another that states they have filed all paperwork to become current with their filings too. but this one is what caught my attention. This VX company has "taken over and replaced all personel".)
