I bought a little- that Peter Cirillo is a wacky CEO, but he's seemingly anti-dilution. He posts every so often on Ihub about how important it is to him to keep the share structure intact. Most of PRs always cite the o/s, which is a little weird.

This POS was as high as .10 last year I believe; and the share structure has not changed recently. Could move real nice.
