GT, I've been holding this (bag) since June. Not telling you which way to go-you're probably in for less than I am. PPS, that is. They had a PR end of June announcing a $50 million dollar offer for their product. I think that translated into 55-65 cents a share at the time. Apparently, the company (NPYC) rejected the offer after further deliberation in hopes of securing a better deal. All I know is that it was projected to close within 30 days or so and it's now 07. You can try calling Raymond Johnson at 866-639-3900. He is supposed to be the IR guy and is very personable and likes to talk. A little touched perhaps. I've talked to him several times, most recently about three weeks ago and that's where I got the above info. You can check out their website, www.neurotherapyscience.com but it hasn't been updated lately that I can tell. One company number has been disconnected and the other is always busy. the only reason I haven't sold is because the bid/ask always seems to be .02/.07. I bought in at .10 so I let it ride. Good luck and let me know if you find anything further. make your own decision, by all means. For the record the product is legit. You can go to the FDA website and see where it has been approved. April-May timeframe I believe. GLTY.
