NEW YORK, Oct 25, 2006 (PrimeZone Media Network via COMTEX) -- W2 Energy Inc. (Pink Sheets:WWEN) a developer of green energy, is pleased to announce it has filed its Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company's is executing on its business plan and is moving forward on target. I had received an email from WWEN stating that the answers to my questions would be in the filing, but I honestly don't have the time to check it out right now. Hopefully, I'll find a little time later on tonight.
