I don't get this one... it goes up 100% many times a week and then comes back to 0%... and some other days it's 50% in the read with a huge volume.
Can someone tell me what's going on with CCGIE?

Doesn't look good anytime soon.....slated to go Pink tomorrow, will have to see if filing was in time today to keep it on the OTCBB.
From filing today "The Company recently increased the number of authorized shares of common stock to 15,000,000,000, but this is still not a sufficient number of authorized shares of common stock available if all debt holders decided to convert their convertible secured debentures in the Company's common stock. The Company is working on rectifying the situation. The provisions of the debt . . . "
