Lets'make this .When will the PR come?Who knows?NOBODY KNOWS.Even people who spoke to the president.He can do as he wants,even though stock has gone down today,it dos not really matter to him on the long holders because they will be the ones getting rewarded on this when the PR hits.The only question is WHEN????
