theglobe.com Subsidiary ``TGLO'' Announces Overlay of eBay With VoIP
Business Editors / Telecommunications Writers

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2006-- tglo, the VoIP division of theglobe.com (OTCBB:TGLO), announced today the availability of its tglophone for users of eBay. People that have acquired the tglophone and list items on eBay will have powerful new patented communications tools to aid them with the sales process:

-- "Call me" buttons will be added to listings. Buyers can simply

click the button and be instantly connected with sellers

-- "Pay per call" adds will give sellers the ability to stay in

touch with potential buyers while they are away from their

computers

-- Sellers will have anonymity. They will not need to disclose

telephone numbers

New or existing users of eBay simply visit http://www.tglophone.com and acquire the tglophone. When they login after acquiring the tglophone, their eBay accounts will be enabled for voice communications. eBay users will notice a new "phone" icon in the "meet the sellers" section of listings.

According to Brian Fowler, theglobe.com's chief technology officer, "The tglophone will be an ideal communications tool to accelerate sales in categories that require significant involvement between buyers and sellers. Actually, as many users of eBay know, even simple transactions often result in phone calls. With tglophone, those phone calls are instant, anonymous and free."

As with all tglophone accounts, users will receive benefits such as free calling, free voicemail, call logging and privacy.

theglobe.com, tglo and its other subsidiaries are not affiliated with eBay or any of its subsidiaries or partners.
